Anomaly games are the GREATEST thing to happen to the horror genre in YEARS. So much CREATIVITY and CHARM can be put into these games. Much better than making everything just have low Resolution and calling it PSX Style Horror.

Pixel art can be overdone in indie games, BUT when it is done CORRECTLY it is WAY better than Unreal Engine SLOP. Having less detail actually makes it FEEL more REAL and CHARMING. Something Triple A Devs refuse to understand.

I prefer fighting games that focus on CHARMING and FUN characters that have a UNIQUE set of attacks. This makes the game feel LIVED IN rather than the BORING and UNISPIRED fatalities that just go for shock value. I wish more Triple A Devs were brave.

This FUN horror game has some CHARMING and ARTISTIC art direction that immerses the player. If you hesitate for even a SECOND the monster can catch you. Horror games need to be UNFORGIVING to actually be scary, if you can always get away they lose ALL immersion.
