As part of its close cooperation with the G20 South Africa South African presidency 🇿🇦, #UNESCO welcomed the Director-General of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation and South Africa's G20 Sherpa, Zane Dangor at UNESCO today! Discussions focused notably on the ethical governance of Artificial intelligence and data governance, and the importance of education and its financing, particularly for Africa. Building on its Global Priority for Africa, UNESCO is looking forward to supporting this G20 presidency, the first to be held by an African country.
