Utility companies have been instructed to proceed and plan to deploy within 8 weeks The residents of Piddington that sit immediately next door to the proposed asylum site A, learnt today that without any plans or structured published proposal available for Public review and scrutiny, other than a verbal and written statements from the Home Office of its intentions, understand the utility companies have been instructed to proceed with preparations to make the site viable. The site would need appropriate electrical power supply, water supply and sewage disposal facilities to house 1125 single men. This site was not designed for this purpose and substantial adjustments are being planned and executed in readiness to start work end of August early September 2026.
