Hahahaha! 1985 I made Ceviche for family party in CT - my cuz, head of EM at Hopkins brought his friend who was head of infectious diseases at NIH. ID doc wouldn't eat anything - said only vegetable he trusted were string beans bc of low bacteria (!) I still laugh about this!
