For the past year, Team Amplify has been hard at work developing a new high school curriculum that we are VERY excited to share with the world later this summer. As part of the initial research and pilot project phase, we partnered with Academies of BSHS to pilot the curriculum in their class the week before the Kentucky Derby. As a special final capstone, we brought a horse to their school! And this wasn’t just any horse... it was multiple graded stakes winner United, who now has a second career as an eventer (and now a school ambassador!). A very special thank you to Madison Scott and LNJ Foxwoods for sharing your special boy with us, Sallee Horse Vans for providing United’s transportation, and all of our volunteers who made this event possible.

The Race for Davao City 1st District Congress Seat! Last night, Congressman Pulong Duterte in a press release challenged Congresswoman Atty. Migs Nograles to undergo hair follicle test. If you ask me, I think it was a result of another media meltdown of her sister, Vice President Sara Duterte. For the people of Davao City, Congresswoman Atty Migs Nograles immediately accepted the challenge. In fact! For accountability, she challenged Duterte to show up at 1:30 in the afternoon to undergo the same test at the same time. In all fairness, although Cong. Pulong Duterte cowardly did not meet up with his rival, he underwent another hair follicle test shortly after. So… Now what? As we wait for another month for the release of the test results, can we go back to the real challenge Davao City really needs to consider? How about let’s talk about legislative accomplishments in the 19th Congress? Or attendance to committee hearings and plenary sessions perhaps? I can confidently say that Congressman Pulong Duterte is neglecting her legislative duties as the representative of the 1st District of Davao City. I can argue about this anytime, anywhere! I have been watching the live streams of the lower house on an almost daily basis and I only see the man for 5-10 minutes in plenary every now and then… after the attendance, he’s gone! Also, there were committee hearings of importance like the legislative franchise hearing for Davao electric cooperatives and he’s never there! Not even in budget hearings of anything! If you are a supporter of Pulong Duterte, you’re free to comment down below any video/ link that he’s actually doing his job inside the House of Representatives. Maybe it was too rare, I missed it! If you are being honest, you only hear he exists if it’s issue-related, huh? I sincerely hope the 1st District of Davao City finally sees this! He still has 51 billion worth of explaining to do! The Race for Davao City 1st District Congress Seat! Last night, Congressman Pulong Duterte in a press release challenged Congresswoman Atty. Migs Nograles to undergo hair follicle test. If you ask me, I think it was a result of another media meltdown of her sister, Vice President Sara Duterte. For the people of Davao City, Congresswoman Atty Migs Nograles immediately accepted the challenge. In fact! For accountability, she challenged Duterte to show up at 1:30 in the afternoon to undergo the same test at the same time. In all fairness, although Cong. Pulong Duterte cowardly did not meet up with his rival, he underwent another hair follicle test shortly after. So… Now what? As we wait for another month for the release of the test results, can we go back to the real challenge Davao City really needs to consider? How about let’s talk about legislative accomplishments in the 19th Congress? Or attendance to committee hearings and plenary sessions perhaps? I can confidently say that Congressman Pulong Duterte is neglecting her legislative duties as the representative of the 1st District of Davao City. I can argue about this anytime, anywhere! I have been watching the live streams of the lower house on an almost daily basis and I only see the man for 5-10 minutes in plenary every now and then… after the attendance, he’s gone! Also, there were committee hearings of importance like the legislative franchise hearing for Davao electric cooperatives and he’s never there! Not even in budget hearings of anything! If you are a supporter of Pulong Duterte, you’re free to comment down below any video/ link that he’s actually doing his job inside the House of Representatives. Maybe it was too rare, I missed it! If you are being honest, you only hear he exists if it’s issue-related, huh? I sincerely hope the 1st District of Davao City finally sees this! He still has 51 billion worth of explaining to do!
