@ShereenBhan Work hard - Agree On Infosys Salary - Hard Pass These companies do not attract best and the brightest. Even if they do, they can’t hold onto them for much long. Culture matters.

@ShereenBhan uncle, at ur time, ur families could have been taken care by many other extended family members. it was a joint family concept. today, its the nuclear family era. so uncle, would u instantly double salaries and provide personal support to each one of ur employees. then m in 🙏🏻

@ShereenBhan He should clarify this: Does it mean that employees should work for 70 hours, even though the contract (and salary) is only for 45 hours/week

@ShereenBhan Any business owner would be doing that already . 24x7 . But for a salaried person esp lowly paid tech coders at Infosys , I’d say it’s ridiculous to expect that of them .

@RajatSethi86 @ShereenBhan Work hard for your own business, your own enterprise and for your own startup. But not for blood sucking employers like Infosys or TCS who pay peanuts and reap billions of profits every year. In US TCS pays one of the lowest salaries for the experience level and expects 24/7 work

@ShereenBhan Make your employees as the part of the company then they will work 80+ hours.
