Look look! Inside the tummy there is a little soft spot like a weak door. A bit of the soft inside bits was trying to poke out and make a bump. The doctor is carefully pushing the soft bits back in with special tools, then putting a strong net patch over the weak door so nothing can poke out again. All better! No more bump.
