Today it settles a business day after a trade is executed, operates within traditional market hours, and requires manual processes at every step. The working group is targeting same-day settlement, 24/7 availability, and cross-border access, enabling fully on-chain repo transactions using tokenized JGB collateral paired with stablecoin cash legs via lending protocols.
