Wait after killing a man in anyway if he wasn't supposed to be here in the first place, he only got 7 months in prison. Now that's an issue to begin with.

Immediately following the crime, ICE placed a detainer for German Llangari Inga upon his arrest for criminal vehicular homicide. The Hennepin County Jail refused to honor the detainer, and he was released without notification to ICE.
