Inmate that the county DA released was immediately arrested by ICE. Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza was responsible for a fatal drunk driving auto crash Colorado. The widow of the crash victim called ICE to make sure they would pick him up. Now, he being DEPORTED! Woohoo!!!

Why was he released ? Wouldn't it be safer to just transfer him to ICE from his cell ?
