This is the beauty of the unofficial National Inquiry. It is a bargaining position and pressures the government, politicians and media to call for the real thing. It makes them look dodgy if they don’t engage which is why the decision by @Nigel_Farage to back away from this and not lead the charge is baffling. Wrong morally and politically. Well done @RupertLowe10, @rapeganginquiry, @EstherMcVey1 and others for leading the way and moving forward with this.

@EstherMcVey1 What you don't need though is the usual band wagon jumping by Farage - seeking to gain a few extra votes. A promise today to do an inquiry within a month of being elected being put in an imaginary manifesto over 4 years away is not what victims need
