A Delta businessman, Mr Emmanuel Mouka, has petitioned the Inspector General of police to investigate his security guard over fears of a conspiracy spanning from attacks in 2022 where similar incidents occurred which he reported to the police but was instead detained. Mr Mouka, who lives in Delta State, stated in the petition written by his solicitors, Hon.Peter Mrakpor SAN, the honorable former Attorney General of Delta State, that he installed security cameras to ensure the security of lives and properties within his premises in Otite, Sapele, Delta State. He added that he also employed a security personnel from a security company.

Ok guys, this is the morning of the FBI raid on my fiancé and I for Jan. 6, 2 1/2 years ago. This footage was taken from our personal home security cameras. At the end of the video you’ll see these agents disable our cameras by putting black tape over the lens. They do this prior to them destroying our home in a raid. They let all 3 of our indoor cats out, broke several things and left our home security disabled after they left while we spent hours at the station. Does anyone know if this is legal?
