Why was the comment “ I think they were scared of each other” necessary to say? The dog clearly advanced towards him after and aggressive warning bark. I would sue both the veterinary office for not having the caution wet floors sign already out and the dog owners for negligence

The floor was wet, he slipped and possibly broke his hipbone- treatment costs, loss of earnings, trauma. A sharp lawyer could get good compensation for that gentleman. Never mind the innocent dog, a legal remedy is possible against the premise owners - man should sue!
