The score in spring training doesn’t matter to these guys. They’re trying to earn a spot on the roster, and show the potential they have. No matter what the score is. Can’t blame the kid for sticking up for himself.

I agree but I’m kind of looking forward to it being implemented in the season whenever it happens because this just tell me that these players at all levels have extremely good eyes for the pitches.
