This afternoon I point west… back across the Atlantic to Dallas. It’s been a while. There’s something quietly special about a North Atlantic crossing. On a map it looks simple, a straight line between continents. In reality, it’s anything but. Each day, a set of invisible highways is drawn across the ocean: the North Atlantic Track (NAT) system. These tracks aren’t permanent. They move. Every 24 hours they’re rebuilt to align with the jet streams, eastbound flights riding the tailwinds for efficiency, westbound flights stepping north or south to avoid punishing headwinds. It’s choreography between aircraft and atmosphere. Instead of fixed airways, we fly along these daily-published tracks, spaced carefully to maintain separation in a sky with no radar coverage. Position reports, time estimates, datalink messages, precision layered over thousands of miles of water. It’s aviation at its purest: planning, physics, trust. Somewhere along that great circle route the sun will slip beneath the horizon ahead of us. And by early evening, local time, Texas. I’m looking forward to catching up with Doug Dunbar. Familiar laughter. And some properly done BBQ, the kind that requires patience measured in hours, not minutes. Brisket that yields rather than resists. So Dallas friends… DFW Airport DFW Tower here we come 🙌🏻✈️ #PilotLife #NorthAtlantic #NATTracks #LongHaul #AvGeek #A350 #FlightDeckView #DallasBound #TexasBBQ #AirlineLife #GreatCircle #AboveTheClouds

🤮 Inbreeding In Islam 🤮 ——————- So, let’s talk about Muslim cousin marriage, because apparently some people think “keeping it in the family” is a virtue.🤷🏽 Newsflash, folks: it’s not a virtue, it’s a genetic dumpster fire. I mean, come on, 46% to 55% of Pakistani Muslims in the UK are marrying their first cousins? That’s not a family tree, that’s a family wreath. And the science, oh, the science is brutal. Double the risk of birth defects, infant mortality rates that’d make a medieval peasant blush, and IQs dropping faster than my online views when I talk about weed too much. It’s like they’re playing Russian roulette with their DNA, but the gun’s fully loaded. Here’s what makes it funnier: Muslims toss science out the window because Allah apparently knows best, calling it infidel gibberish cooked up by Jews, Christians, gays, Hindus, Buddhists as a scheme to diminish the Muslim population! But, when their kids come out looking like monkeys with serious genetic issues, they don’t blame the inbreeding, oh no no no, they call it a “disability” and a “test from Allah.” It’s like denying gravity because Newton was a Christian, then wondering why you keep falling. Look, I get it, tradition’s cute, right? Grandma’s recipes, grandpa’s war stories, sure. But when your tradition is banging your cousin and pumping out kids who need a manual to breathe, maybe it’s time to rethink the playbook. This isn’t “heritage,” it’s a cautionary tale with a pulse. And can we be honest? The rest of us are over here diversifying our gene pools, dating apps, swiping left on disaster, while these folks are like, “Nah, I’ll stick with the girl I shared a sandbox with, thanks.” It’s not romantic, it’s a horror movie starring your own chromosomes. So, keep at it, I guess, you tragic inbreeders. Your lineage is crumbling faster than a Republican’s spine on live TV. Here’s a tip: next time you’re at the family reunion, maybe don’t propose. 🤷🏽😝 ————— Percentage Sources: • 1988 Study (The Frequency of Consanguineous Marriage among British Pakistanis): 55% of 100 British Pakistani mothers in West Yorkshire married first cousins. • Born in Bradford Study (2007–2010): 59.3% of Pakistani women (n=3,038) were blood relatives of their baby’s father, with 37% married to first cousins; 60% of babies had parents who were first or second cousins. • Born in Bradford Follow-Up (2016–2019): 46% of mothers in three Bradford wards had parents who were first or second cousins, down from 60% a decade earlier. • 2011 Daily Mail: 50% of British Pakistanis marry first cousins, up to 70% in Bradford. • 2021 Daily Mail: 55% of Pakistani-heritage couples in Britain in cousin marriages. • 2024 Daily Mail: 46% of Pakistani-heritage women in Bradford in consanguineous relationships, down from 62% a decade ago. • 2025 NCESC: 50%-80% in specific locales like Birmingham, lacks primary data. • The video is of a Syrian Family

Twelve months ago, this was my garage. Since then, I've: - Sold both sports cars - Reduced my monthly spending by $10k - Committed to doing 30% less of everything (travel, dining out, work, etc) And I feel so much lighter. This year, I decided to live life more slowly. Part of that decision was shedding things that were no longer serving me. Supercars gave me something that I needed. I grew up with the red Lamborghini poster on my wall. Owning these incredible machines meant that I had made it. That I was free. But eventually, the cars stopped feeling like freedom… and started feeling like weight. My friend Kevin Dahlstrom says that everything you own owns a piece of you. This year was all about letting go. And the reality is, I no longer need a supercar to remind me who I am. Here's the thing — I don't regret that season of my life. I had incredible experiences, made great friends, and will cherish those memories. Buy the ticket, take the ride. I want to experience everything life has to offer. But in the spirit of Marie Kondo, I can thank these objects for the role they played in my life, and release them with gratitude. Ultimately, it's not about the cars. Stuff, identities, beliefs, even past versions of ourselves are just temporary companions on the path. They serve a purpose for a season, teach us what they are meant to, and then we get to set them free when they no longer fit. Thank you for getting me here. Now I'm making room for what's next.

I graduated!!! I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology, summa cum laude! Five years ago, I started this journey with an eighth-grade education, and even that was from a Scientology school, where critical thinking was discouraged and the quality of instruction was subpar, to say the least. I did not get here alone. Thank you to NYU School of Professional Studies and Angie Kamath. Thank you to everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me, especially on the days I was not sure I could do this. And there were plenty of those days. To my therapist, who told me not to give up when I was told I likely would not be accepted into a prestigious program. To my tutor, without whom I likely would have given up at the harder points along the way. To all those here who have sent me loving messages on social media. And to everyone else who has cheered me on in person through the ups and the downs of it, it means more than I can put into words. It got me over this finish line of being a student again and graduating. That goal once seemed impossible. To those who have asked me, “Why this? Why now?” I pursued higher education to reclaim a piece of myself. When you come out of a high-control group like Scientology, or even a high-control family, there are parts of you that were never allowed to fully develop. Those parts include your curiosity and your ability and right to question. Education was discouraged because knowledge creates confidence in your ability to trust your own mind and navigate the world. That leads to true independence, and that would never be allowed. I wanted that back. But more than that, I needed to understand. I needed to understand how my mother could have us join Scientology when I was just eight years old, and how my family and I could be part of something like this and stay in it for so long. I needed to understand how these systems work, how they influence people, and how they take hold. Without education, access to real information, and support, people can fall into systems that work against their best interests. Some assume that because they are educated, even highly educated, they would never fall for something like this. But it turns out that is not necessarily true. What many of us are impacted by, but never quite understand, is how high-control groups operate. Many still do not understand how misinformation spreads, and how tribalism and radicalization shape what we think, what we believe, and who and what we trust. Without that awareness, none of us are immune. Today, we are seeing how these forces can influence good people and distort reality. History has shown us that this is not new; it just comes in a different form now. Social media connects us in ways we never imagined, but it also creates echo chambers that reinforce beliefs and justify behavior without question. Real critical thinking is hard when we are fed so much by algorithms designed to appeal to us. In learning and achieving this milestone in my own life, it has helped me take a good, hard look at my own beliefs and ideologies. This journey was about healing for me, but also about figuring out how to help others in whatever way I can in the future. So what is in my future? I am considering continuing my education and possibly pursuing a master’s degree, with the goal of contributing to advocacy and policies that protect people, not systems. For now, I am taking this moment in. I am proud of myself. And I am grateful. Thank you for being on this journey with me.

I've been working in silence for quite a while now. Tbh, I don't really even know where to start, so cue the rambling and ranting. Regardless of which side of the fence you sit on, no one can argue the past few years haven't been politically and economically wild. For crypto as a whole it feels like a never ending game of tug of war. A lot of X content has become toxic, so I just largely am not interacting these days. But I read, I read a lot of it. I think we like to forget history a bit in this community. $PLS launched off the highs, and the SEC swooped in right after. Very few people want to admit it, but it shook confidence immediately. I mean no other crypto project has survived such a thing at the time. But #PLS $PLSX and $HEX did. However, winning doesn't unshake that confidence. And RH during and after that event took social precautions to protect himself and his creations. Thing is, the guy isn't stupid. Someone once asked me if I thought certain aspects of the launch we rushed because he knew it was coming? And honestly, maybe. I'd attribute at least a non-zero probability to it. And If that were the case, im glad it was rushed. That case may have gone differently otherwise. Do I still think #PulseChain, #HEX, etc... all have futures? Yes. RH has had the opportunity to just straight up bounce from all of this. Why hasn't he? You could point to exhibit A, B, C, D, etc... of how he's likely got the funds to do that and we all could relatively do nothing about it. So why is he still around? I think it's pretty simple. The usual answer, he wants to win. It's in his twitter handle for Christs sakes. I'll go a step further and say he likely also wants us to win by extension, arguably not as much as he wins, but I mean that's pretty locked in at the moment 🤣 That's not to say he hasn't long been encumbered. And in that state, at lot has gone on without him. Much of which is / was bad. $pDAI guys... I pointed out from day one how building all this around a protocol in a dangerous state was a risky move. And I was right about that.... on multiple occasions... But does that matter now? I suppose not as much. In its current state, it's seemingly no longer exploitable. No different than a meme token now. (presumably, not like I have deep dove on any further risks since ESM). So I guess just whale risk mainly now? Now a lot of people here are in the anti-pdai camp. Me too for what it's worth. But I don't care as much about it's negative anymore in its current state. A lot of people are still in the #pDAI camp strongly. We view this as tribalism, but it's important to note that makes all of us in the #PulseChain camp universally. So these day I find myself relatively pDAI neutral. If you guys want to send it to $1 do it. Only whales can stop you, they run out eventually. (insert super strong this is NOT financial advice). Hell you can maybe even use Sigma to help? Or maybe it wont help, idk. Depends on how people use the software. Conversely, when looking at chain state overall... Why is there nearly $50M in stables sitting on the sidelines. Why not just bridge it out if you want out of what you think is a dead chain. Surely leaving it there exposes you to bridge risk? Why all these yield movements, why the $HEX dusts.... Something is happening. People are seemingly waiting to see what that something is. Or I am reading into things, NFA as always. This whole post is just ramblings of someone trying to do the best they can and certainly not any kind of advice. When I look at other ecosystems, I see a level of polish we don't have. I see tooling we don't have, I see a fostered developer environment we don't have. So I've just been building it, painstakingly.... Because someone has to if we want to be taken seriously. And what I've been building has allowed me to get Sigma to where it is. Sigma is so close... Really just in UI mode, performance optimization, going through nice to haves. I don't believe in launching in a non-finished immutable state. So yeah, I take my time. As with everything. But my point with all of this, and the "why" #Sigma question.... It's unifying, anyone can participate. Which tribe you're in doesn't matter. And if you don't like it, don't use it. It's just software you can use or not use. As it should be. The years of tooling work to deliver this has been a lot of work for one guy in silence. In that time AI has appeared. My take, every dev should be using it. Given the right direction and context. It will make you better. If you blindly trust it, it will make you worse. GPT 5.4 audits smart contracts better than most auditing services. Especially if you give it the context of what you are trying to do. Anyways I digress, testnet is soon. Soon more meaning a feeling of near completion not always reality. That how software is. I do think Sigma stands to unify the chain in a common goal, and shift liquidity into more meaningful places, but ultimately it up to the people the decide to use the software or not use it. And after these frameworks I've built will be applied to what I am tentatively calling the universal hex UI. More or less something aggregative of every derivative I can reasonably support. With data and analytics we since lost. So not just $HEX, $HDRN, and $ICSA, but others as well. However, that depends on some aspect of $Sigma to exist first, so sigma first, chain unity first. And last but not least, take care of yourselves and strive to do cool things. If we aren't doing cool things then what's the point? Hope you think my UI looks good, I spent a while on it. /rant

As a leading multimillion-dollar investor and key stakeholder in the PulseChain ecosystem, I find the ongoing conflicts and toxic behavior within our community deeply frustrating. The constant bickering, unfounded accusations of wrongdoing, and misleading narratives spread by self-serving influencers are not only exhausting but also harmful to PulseChain’s reputation. These individuals, driven by personal gain, create division and foster a chaotic environment that undermines the network’s potential, making it a laughingstock in the broader blockchain industry. This internal dysfunction is a self-inflicted wound, distracting from our shared goals and eroding trust in a project that once held great promise. Even now, the community directs its ire at the film crew, whose sole mission is to raise public awareness about Richard Heart and the PulseChain ecosystem as a whole. Yet, they face relentless harassment from ungrateful members who behave as entitled, spoiled brats, acting as though they are owed something. Let me be unequivocally clear: THESE INDIVIDUALS DID NOT FUND THE FIRST MOVIE AT ALL. If they dislike the film, they can simply choose not to watch it. But they must cease their petulant attacks on the rest of our collective efforts. This deplorable behavior not only disrespects those working to elevate the project’s profile but further tarnishes the community’s image. To top it all off, I am forced to contend with yet another lie; a false narrative perpetuated by self-proclaimed experts too ignorant to conduct proper chain analysis, even when they believe they have. They falsely accuse me of dumping, when in reality WE HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATING, and the film crew knows it. Literal proof has been provided to all the right people. And what was said in response? “Rackham, people will believe what they want to believe, and unfortunately, you are some people’s excuse for their own foolish life decisions. You are, regrettably, the villain at this time; but not to everyone.” This baseless vilification is a bitter pill, but it underscores the community’s refusal to face facts and its eagerness to scapegoat rather than unite. Meanwhile, the rest of the blockchain sector moves forward with purpose, embracing collaboration and achieving significant technological and geopolitical progress. Other networks are positioning themselves strategically, capitalizing on innovation and global opportunities, while PulseChain remains bogged down in petty disputes. The community’s past reliance on Richard Heart to single-handedly drive growth was a mistake. It is the collective responsibility of all members to advance the network. By failing to unite and curb these destructive behaviors, we risk squandering our potential and missing critical opportunities to establish PulseChain as a serious contender in the rapidly evolving blockchain landscape. In closing, I cannot help but wonder if the trolls and influencers, hiding behind their fake anonymous accounts, can resist the urge to comment on this very statement. They are a CANCER to this community, and it’s time for everyone to wake up. These individuals excel at pushing their agendas, driven by their blatant BAG BIAS; and that is the unvarnished truth, whether you accept it or not. I KNOW influencers chase clout and ANY chance at a moonbag, even at the EXPENSE of THEIR FOLLOWERS. These people are NOT your friends, no matter how soothingly they speak or how cleverly they woo you. Mark my words. Take or leave this advice for what it’s worth; I’ll be watching the view count to gauge the community’s sentiment. I hope some will grasp my perspective, but I won’t hold my breath. Yeah, I know... Rackham is worried, or something they like that, who knows what garbage they will spew now. People do not like to be wrong, and they ALWAYS double down. Even if my post has merit, and thankful to the professionals that I am targeting now... it does. The Highest of Stakes Movie Richard Heart

introducing a new, very fun, LLM benchmark- the Game-of-Life Bench! the rules are simple: given an 8x8 grid following Conway's game of life rules, the goal is to create an initial pattern with at most 32 cells that can last the longest number of turns before dying/repeating. some results to highlight (with caveats detailed below): - gpt 5.1 lasts the longest with a 106 step run - claude models are really bad at this! they refuse to reason about this task and score < 25 points - deepseek r1 is the best open model with 102 steps. why? because i wanted to create a benchmark that has (i think) no practicality, but is still fun to look at, cheap, and still measures something interesting. i also am a big fan of the game of life. its absurdly simple rules leading to intractability is extremely cool to me. also, i saw a lot of work with LLMs trying to "predict" the next state in Conway's game of life, I think game-of-life bench is more fun because it's pretty open ended and only asks the LLM for the initial state. I also think this could be an RL env? but idk why you would ever train on this task haha i don't think this is a "serious" benchmark because it doesnt measure anything practical, but i still think it's a hard benchmark exactly because you can't predict what happens with your initial state many turns into the future; this is why i was initially expecting all LLMs to be bad at it, but turns out, some are clearly better than the others (the ordering may surprise you!) reminder: this is still a work-in-progress; (1) i am gpu-poor so could only do 10 runs for each model, even though total running cost is relatively low. maybe with some more credits i can run more seeds for each model. (2) i handpicked models which i think are at the frontier right now, plus some others that were on my mind. so, if you'd like to see a model on here, let me know. (3) i currently only do an 8x8 grid because i thought that by itself would be pretty hard for current LLMs, but of course we can increase grid sizes! (4) the coolest thing is, i dont think we can calculate the max possible number of states (yay undecidability!) you can go without repeating, so this is essentially a no-ceiling task, which is pretty cool! again, i did this mostly out of a desire to make LLMs do something fun. if this keeps me entertained for a few more days, i'd likely release a blog post on it. if it keeps me entertained for a week (and someone sponsors me), i'll put more work into it :P lastly, this is fully open sourced, so feel free to run this on your own!

Alright. I’m honestly relieved that this is finally coming out, so we can finally put an end to the fairytale conspiracies about March 4, courtesy of Joe Flipperhead and the ratchet harem. Since Aidan and his Dollar-Tree-sidekick Chelsea want to drag March 4th into the public arena, let’s do it properly– with facts, not the fairy tale he’s been feeding everyone. The rumors flying around are completely untrue, and I’ve wanted to defend myself for weeks, but Aidan has spent the last month threatening me, telling people that if the truth ever came out he’d “turn me into the next Lindsey,” that everyone would believe him because he has a platform, and even declaring he’d tell his followers to contact my work. Well, here we are. Since he chose to drag this into the public and sic his ratchet brigade on me, I’m finally telling the actual story. That night wasn’t some dramatic “Meredith tried to send me to jail” moment. It was a drunk, disgusting fight between two adults—the kind Aidan has on rotation with every woman he dates. Both of us were very intoxicated, but he was blackout drunk, verbally abusive, and filming me against my will. I told him to stop. He didn’t. I’d found out about him sexting another girl and had bottled up emotions for months, which is what started the argument. I asked him to leave after he said horrible things to me, including calling me fat and useless, that people only like me because I’m “Turtleboy’s girlfriend”. I asked him to leave and he began recording me, pointing a phone in my face while I repeatedly told him to stop. He lost his own key, and because he couldn’t remember anything, he made up a story that I “stole it.” Imagine spreading this fantasy when I have him on video of me asking him to return MY KEYS? I was uncomfortable, overwhelmed, and didn’t want a drunken fight being filmed. He took our feud out into the common area of my building, disturbing other tenants. So yes, I said “you hit me,” specifically because I believed he wouldn’t share the video if I said that. I said it so he would STOP RECORDING ME, and he has a full video that I clearly say, “I’m only saying that so you’ll stop recording me.” I never reported anything to the police, never intended to, never would. He knows this. We discussed this fact many times the next day and several occasions in the last few months. That context has been deliberately cut out to push a fake narrative, but don’t worry, I’ll be posting the full videos that I took of that night. When he’s threatened me with releasing this very video, he admitted it would be edited out and no one would believe me over him. Meanwhile, the victim cosplay he’s doing now? Pathetic. He claims he was “stuck” in my house. Reality: I asked him to leave over and over. This narrative that he was somehow stuck there held hostage is simply not true. Reality: I have video of him refusing to get out of my bed, not “sleeping on the couch.” Reality: I have video of him screaming at me like a lunatic. Reality: He lost his key because he was hammered, then somehow turned that into me “stealing it.” Reality: He was causing a huge scene in my apartment throwing a literal temper tantrum on the floor. With other tenants in the building, I was genuinely concerned someone would call the police. He also lies that I tried to keep him from court the next day. Reality? I gave him my car so he could get to court. I sat in the passenger seat half-dead from a hangover while chauffeuring Captain Accountability to his court date. I sat next to him during court, then eventually throwing up in a bag on the way home. Then he used that same car to drive to his house for his spare key, and back again. I supported him through the entire aftermath, like I did every time. But now he’s trying to pretend he was some endangered baby deer and I was plotting to Lindsay him? Get real. This narrative that I was somehow trying to get him arrested? An absolutely disgusting lie considering the trauma that situation caused him. Not to mention the countless hours I spent during our 1.5 year relationship assisting with his legal defense to keep him OUT of jail. He knows it’s not true. He knows exactly what happened. Do you really think if his narrative were true, he’d stay with me for months to come and not file his own police report? But he also knows he thrives off playing victim, and he knows he has people willing to believe anything he says without question. Over the last month, behind the scenes with recording gate, he’s been telling me and others that if I ever spoke up, he’d ruin me. That he’d twist the story because he has the bigger platform. That he’d make sure people contacted my job. He has leaked private texts, sent people after me, and used Chelsea, a woman he cheated on me with, to push his manufactured victim narrative. But here’s the truth: Aidan is not the victim of March 5th. He was drunk, verbally abusive, refusing to leave, and escalating a situation he then turned around and weaponized. And like every situation he touches, every feud, every fallout, every “enemy,” every messy disaster, he plays the same role: the powerless victim of consequences he created. At some point, people need to recognize the common denominator. I stayed silent because I didn’t want this ugliness public. I didn’t want to embarrass him. I didn’t want to rehash something painful, private, and humiliating for both of us. But since he chose to send CamelToe Joe and his ratchet harem to post private fights, twist reality, and smear me, I’m done being quiet. Aidan is incapable of having a private relationship and ending. And Chelsea…hun. I know your brain cells are limited, but your "insurance" explanation makes no sense. When did he send you this video? Months after it happened? Why would you need insurance at that point? You’re being used like a scratch-off ticket from Cumberland Farms. He feeds you a cropped video and suddenly you’re Nancy Drew with a nicotine patch? Please. You weren’t even in the picture until after he was done cheating with you. These videos paint a wildly different picture of the fake victim narrative CamelToe Joe has been pushing, huh? I’ll be posting more soon, about the recording, about every single lie he has chosen to spread through his minions the last two months. I guess I was crazy to think Aidan would ever be okay with someone walking away and moving on peacefully. Since Aidan wanted the truth out, he's about to get it. PS- Speaking of men being fake scared of women– Funny how some people with very chaotic personal histories suddenly decide they’re the moral authority on my life, enough so to peddle lies on their large platforms. If I had these kinds of pasts, I'd probably sit this one out, and maybe stop throwing stones from your glass basements and (mom’s) houses.
