🚨WATCH: Early this morning after over 15 hours of debate, I rose to speak against final passage of the House’s budget. I cannot vote for a budget that provides little new property tax relief to the families of #HD60 and Texas. With an over $24 billion budget surplus, we must do more for our constituents, and for that reason, I cannot support this budget. I am hopeful the final version does more for property tax relief. #txlege
