@romanclemente7 I never got to drive one of these but I did ride in them. They should bring back this kind of mechanical simplicity.

The seats used to be cloth stretched to open frames with rubber tubing, like lawnchairs.

I remember Gen. Charles de Gaulle taking me for a romp around country lanes in one, before parking by a riverside. He explained how the front seats came out for a picnic... and also for creating more space for a bit of rumpty-tumpty. The poor 2CV rocked and fell onto its side!

My favourite was the lever to raise the headlights to hi beam

Me encanta lo analógico y clásico 🥰 @ultimavuelta1 @lotuscaterham20

White Invention and Culture...sorry black people

I bet stuff rarely breaks

The Jean is a nostalgic, French car with ideal shock absorbers and the best of its time.

😅

Looks like Russian prison inside

All you need! Plus Love!

Fransua De Gaulle order his engineers to make a car that can carry eggs from villages to Paris without breaking even one.The engineers made this model and pass the test. The best drivers in France tryed to turn it uoside down in extreme turns but the car wont let them.

Love the Duck. Deux chevaux...2 horsepower, lol with fittingly, two chevrons. I like the black and maroon color scheme

Looks like the only thing more minimalist than the dashboard is the amount of hair I’d need to fit under that canvas roof.

btw they are narrow enough to drive down a French sidewalk

なつかしー!

Wow 😲 this car would be fun to drive 😃

I had one of these, green one.. When a front passenger inadvertently pressed hard on the floor to get more comfortably seated the engine accelerated, turns out the floor section was rotten and that moved the mechanism connecting to the carburettor! Loved it though! Fun!

Love it
