It’s not insulated, they wear warm clothes and it’s also the body adaptions to cold temperatures of the highland people.

thanks, this is a blend of Nepali and Sherpa (Tibetan) interior, furniture, cooking stove and dishwares. You can also see the Buddhist shrine in the corner.
