Inside double decked train from Baoji to Chongqing

I went on the Trainlink (countryside trains in Australia) and it was so slow and poor, the staff were all very kind, but the trains were terrible. We really need this kind of train in Australia.

Why don’t we have this in the U.S.? Instead, we’ll spend hundreds of $billions to upgrade our nuclear arsenal.

try this double decker train last may from kunming to lijiang. realy recommended if you want to mingle with locals and save your hotel budget!

Spent 3 months in Baoji fixing a school decimated by bad management. It's a nice city. Lucy's Bar was our hangout during that time.

there is a need of more sleeper trains in China, its not easy to get a sleeper train ticket in most of routes due to extremely huge demand

In my college days, only way from Chongqing to Beijing must go through Chengdu -> Baoji->Beijing. Chengdu -> Baoji green train winding up and down Qinling mountains for 12 hours.

Very nice. Love travelling by train, esp sleeper trains. Nothing like being rocked to sleep & waking up at your destination.
