Whitmer Gave Us Fake Nursing Home Death Counts Her policy was to commingle the sick and the healthy in nursing homes during Covid, and new documents reveal her administration never gathered the data to find out how many died By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff Governor Gretchen Whitmer finally said the quiet part out loud about her deadly and disastrous response to Covid-19. “Listen,” she said to popular podcast host Caleb Hammer last November when pushed on her pandemic lockdown orders. “None of us wants to go back and relive that. We were doing the best we could with very little or very bad information.” Very little or very bad information is the least of it. When it came to the admission of infected people into the state’s nursing homes, Whitmer and her health officials were working with no data at all. They allowed the nursing homes to simply make it up. According to an initial search of 15,000 pages of unredacted documents obtained by Michigan Enjoyer, Michigan health officials had no grasp of the number of dead within the state's long-term care facilities. And when pushed by the federal government to supply the data by June 2020, the Whitmer administration simply turned to the nursing homes with a wink and a nod. From March through June—the height of the pandemic—Michigan was among the last states to report nursing home deaths. State health officials had attempted a half-dozen times to tabulate the death count and came up with a half-dozen conflicting numbers. The feds required a death be counted as a nursing home death regardless of whether it occurred in the facility or at the hospital. But by the end of June 2020, only two-thirds of nursing homes had even reported to state health officials. According to health department spreadsheets, the total deaths reported by the homes was a mere 255. (As a comparison, New York State reported nearly 7,000 in the same time frame.) Despite the federal guidelines, a team of bean counters in Lansing was removing hospital deaths, anyhow. Their total was just 99 victims. Caught in a legal and public relations vice, state officials circled back to the nursing homes and asked them to simply self-report a raw number. No name. No age. No data of death. No social security number. It was a simple “take their word for it" arrangement. By mid-June, the Whitmer administration was reporting just 1,947 deaths. Those original nursing home reports sent by nursing home administrators have since been deleted. And a year later, Whitmer’s claim that mixing the sick with the healthy in the same building had lead to fewer deaths would be totally debunked. In August 2020, as the nursing home scandal was enveloping New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, officials in Whitmer’s circle began to panic. On August 14, a blizzard of emails passed between Whitmer health officials and state epidemiologists asking if an update on the true nursing home death toll had been tabulated. “This is of great interest to the governor’s office,” a health department official wrote to an epidemiologist. “May I get an ETA of when this (data) could be refined?” This “refinement” never happened. Instead, a study was published in September by the Center for Health and Research Transformation, an independent consulting firm attached to the University of Michigan. Using the state’s flawed and phony data, the CHRT report claimed that Michigan’s nursing home Covid deaths were well below the national average. CHRT’s findings were taken as gospel among the facile media and the professional fact-checkers. But documents obtained by Michigan Enjoyer reveal a chummy relationship between the CHRT group and state health officials. A few months before the release of its report, the executive director of CHRT was contacted by a reporter who rightly asked why Michigan was among the last states in the union to publish its nursing home death count. Before responding to the reporter, the executive director of CHRT emailed two senior HHS officials looking for direction. “(The reporter) is doing another article on the lack of data in Michigan nursing home cases and deaths from Covid,” wrote Marianne Udow-Phillips. “I’m hoping to better understand the data limitations we’re currently facing and what’s being done to address them. Thanks so much!” It must be noted that the CHRT’s study was funded by the Michigan Health Endowment, a state-created nonprofit whose nine board governors are appointed by the governor. What these communications expose is a feedback loop of cognitive dissonance. The media provided questions to the think tank. The think tank, in turn, asked the government to provide it with a response. This was considered independent, scientific confirmation of Whitmer’s devastating strategy. Udow-Phillips did not respond to request for comment. The phone message at CHRT headquarters, last week, said the office is closed due to the Covid pandemic. CHRT’s findings were eventually debunked by the Auditor General of Michigan in January 2022. The auditor found the death toll in the first 17 months of the pandemic alone to be 42% higher than Whitmer was reporting to the public. Whitmer’s health director testified before the House Oversight Committee that its death number was accurate because the Health Department accurately reported what the nursing homes had told them. Adding to the outrage is a slew of peer-reviewed studies showing that nursing homes that commingled the infected with the healthy across the country had a death rate 72% higher than those that facilities that did not. “There are some actions that are so foolish and so consequential that they beg for outrage,” wrote Dr. James Goodwin of the University of Texas in the Journal of the American Medical Association. “No individual with the slightest knowledge of nursing homes could have forced nursing home to admit patients with COVID-19. The majority of nursing homes were totally unprepared to quarantine patients with COVID-19.” So what is the true death count in Michigan’s long-term care facilities? Remember, Michigan continued to commingle the sick and the healthy in the same buildings throughout the pandemic. New York ended the practice after 40 days. The auditor general counted at least 8,051 dead between March 2020 and July 2021. But Michigan never corrected its total and stopped counting long-term care facility Covid deaths altogether by May 2022. To this day, the Whitmer administration claims total long-term facility total deaths were just 7,324. The true number of dead in the Great Lakes State may be as high as 14,000. We won’t know without an investigation. But Attorney General Dana Nessel refuses to conduct one. And Whitmer? She continues to prop the proverbial folder over her face. “None of us wants to go back and relive that,” she said. “We were doing the best we could with very little or very bad information.” Many of us do want to go back. We remember every time we pray in memory of your loved ones. This isn’t over. We have thousands of documents to go.

Whitmer’s Scandalous Nursing Home Cover-Up I paid more than $3,000 for Michigan nursing home death and infection data, and all I got were fully redacted documents from Dana Nessel’s office By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff Now that we’ve proven that Attorney General Dana Nessel participated in the cover up of the abuse of a brain-damaged nursing home resident during Covid, and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer stood idly by, it’s time to address the mammoth scandal. What about the 130,000 other people in the long-term care facilities who were locked away in the darkness of the pandemic? How many died? And what did they die from? Loneliness? Or Covid contracted from the infected people Whitmer ordered into the nursing homes? We’ve never gotten the answer. And I suspect a massive cover-up is being conducted at the highest levels of state government. Some quick background. In August 2020, the Justice Department opened a civil-rights investigation into five governors, including Whitmer, who ordered nursing homes to accept people contaminated with Covid. Among other things, the feds demanded Michigan’s nursing home death and infection data, as well as Whitmer’s “scientific” reasoning for commingling the sick with the healthy. Whitmer’s team responded about a month later. But the public was never told what Whitmer sent to the DOJ. So, I sent a public records request to Whitmer’s lawyer, Dana Nessel, last April. First, Nessel demanded that I pay an outrageous sum of $3,147.80 in order to get those documents. I paid. More than 200 days went by, and I received nothing. That’s illegal. Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act clearly states she had 21 days to produce the goods. So I sued. Now, finally, after 272 days, I received a thumb drive from Nessel’s office containing 596 pages of NOTHING. Nearly all the documents were redacted. Think about that. After years of bombarding the public with a vomit of Covid data, suddenly that data has become a state secret. What was not redacted was my demand letter, and the DOJ’s demand letter, and the Michigan State Senate’s subpoena demanding Whitmer’s response to the DOJ. Beyond a few “Good Morning, Al”s and “Thanks, Bob”s, Nessel blacked everything out—hiding under a blanket claim of attorney client privilege. I’ve got a Doberman of an attorney, Phil Ellison, who will take my complaints over the cost, the delay, and the Nixonian redactions all the way to the Supreme Court, if that’s what it takes. We deserve to know what happened to our loved ones. We deserve better end-of-life care in Michigan. Not a cover-up. Remember, Whitmer claimed she was making pandemic-era decisions on “science and data,” and the flopping fish of corporate media swallowed her asininity hook, line, and sinker. Not me. I sued Whitmer and Nessel in 2021 for that supposed science and data. I won that case, just as I will win this one, and was shocked to learn there was no reliable death data. Nursing homes simply made up numbers to make their facilities look better than they were, and Whitmer dutifully defended it. When I exposed the scandal, the Michigan House of Representatives ordered a full audit of the nursing home dead. The state Auditor General found the long-term facility toll to be 43% higher than what Whitmer was telling the public. It was as bad as Cuomo’s New York, maybe worse. To this day, Whitmer’s administration has not corrected the data. Disregarding the auditor’s report, Nessel delivered the keynote address at the annual convention of the Michigan nursing home lobby. “I’m just tired of hearing it regurgitated over and over and over again that terrible things happened at your facilities,” she screeched. “It’s not true!” But how would she know? Nessel refused then, as she does now, to conduct the most cursory investigation. She refutes the auditor’s findings as “comparing apples to oranges.” She redacts entire documents. She takes money from the nursing homes’ owners rather than investigating credible allegations that they may have funneled Covid profits to subsidiaries while providing poor-quality care. Nessel, who aided and abetted the alleged financial rape and mental abuse of the late-Rose Burd, must step aside or be moved to the side. And Whitmer? I am a patient man. Justice is a right, not an option.

If Nessel Won’t Investigate Whitmer’s Nursing Home Debacle, We Will To hide the state’s response to a DOJ nursing home query, the state is charging us $3,147.80 for the records By Charlie LeDuff (Charlie LeDuff) Lansing — When it comes to law and order in Dana Nessel’s office, it appears that justice is furloughed on Fridays. I drove to the state capital last week to personally deliver a check to the FOIA coordinator. Almost nobody was working inside the Soviet-style G. Mennen Williams Building save for a surly security guard, a guy pushing a vacuum cleaner, and a lonesome bureaucrat who eventually emerged from the bowels of the office block to accept my check. My request? “All responses, correspondence, documents, data sets, memos, briefings, notes, investigation files, emails and attachments, and work product concerning the state’s response to the U.S. Department of Justice request for information regarding Covid-19 and the state’s public nursing homes. That request was dated August 26, 2020. The state of Michigan was given 14 days to respond.” The FOIA office estimated the cost to assemble that information to be a whopping $3,147.80. Charging obscene amounts of money for bureaucrats to sit at home in their jammies and electronically comb public records is an old journalism ruse designed to make me go away. But we at Michigan Enjoyer have called Nessel’s bluff. After all, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is now the target of a federal investigation. He is being investigated not for his response to Covid in the nursing homes, but for lying to Congress about his response to Covid in the nursing homes. Nessel, who takes big money from the nursing home lobby, refuses to investigate. Maybe she’s protecting her contributors. Maybe she’s protecting Whitmer. Whomever Nessel is protecting, it’s certainly not the senior citizens of Michigan. Given that Whitmer plagiarized Cuomo’s Covid response, and seeing how nobody has put Whitmer under oath, we figure it’s money well spent. Those documents are due in 90 days, approximately 10 Tuesdays from today. See you then.

Whitmer Covered Her Face On Nursing Home Deaths, Too By Charlie LeDuff (Charlie LeDuff) It took The New York Times—of all publications—to expose Gretchen Whitmer for what she truly is: a feckless trust-fund sorority girl unequipped to lead. Baited into the Oval Office by Trump for what she thought was a one-on-one meeting, Whitmer walked into a writhing orgy of reporters. Caught out, her first instinct was to hold some folders over her face. A photographer from the Times snapped the image that should end her political career. Now, Whitmer needs to be investigated. This week marks the five-year anniversary of her infamous Executive order 2020-50, which required nursing homes to accept Covid-positive people. To this day, Whitmer insists Michigan’s death toll in its nursing homes is below the national average. She cites science and data. Remember, I had to sue her for that death data. As it turned out, Whitmer was citing political science and data that did not exist. So Michigan’s auditor general rolled up his sleeves. He found that the true death toll in the state’s long-term care facilities was 42% higher than what Whitmer’s administration was reporting. (The true count may be double that.) The report never got much traction as Whitmer’s flunkies attacked the findings as bogus and accused the auditor of political hackery. The local press, to its damnable shame, went along with this narrative. That’s the data part of it. And then there’s the actual science part of it. A recent study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed there was a 72% higher mortality rate in nursing homes that commingled the sick and healthy than those that housed the healthy only. When confronted with facts, Whitmer’s sycophants argue that it is time to move on, that the pandemic was a once in a life-time emergency and the governor had to make tough decisions. But Executive Order 2020-50 was not a tough decision. It was a stupid decision plagiarized from New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who cancelled his order 40 days after implementing it. Nevertheless, Cuomo lost his job. Not Whitmer. Unchallenged by the media, she continued with the deadly practice of commingling for months more. She ordered nursing homes locked down to keep Covid out, but ordered that the infected be let in. In many homes, the only thing separating the sick from the susceptible were plastic shower curtains. The hubris and stupidity of it. The bogus science and data. The “tough decisions.” It’s criminal. I’ve never seen a prairie fire, but I’m sure I wouldn’t try to douse the flames by throwing hay bales on top of it. I still keep the death certificate of Clarence Billet, 86, who contracted Covid in a Detroit nursing home for veterans. Clarence was tossed around like a bag of soiled laundry, going from home to hospital and back eight separate times. Imagine his suffering. Clarence eventually died of Covid, but his name and place of residence were never recorded. It’s also worth remembering that while Clarence was bouncing around in the back of an ambulance, Whitmer was bouncing around on Twitter and TikTok starring in cringy videos in an effort to become a social-media influencer rather than the steady hand of influence we all needed. And now, with one photograph, the entire country has seen what we here know. Whitmer is an unserious person who lacks the genetics to govern. When the going got tough, she covered her face, covered her ass and clicked her heels. But the only people who disappeared were the elderly in Michigan’s nursing homes.

They’re Hiding the Truth on Covid Nursing Homes, So I’m Suing Nessel’s crew had the gall to charge me $3,147.80, cashed my check, and never handed over the documents By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff I’m suing Dana Nessel and Gretchen Whitmer. Again. It’s about nursing homes during Covid. Again. At issue: Back in 2020, Trump’s Justice Department was conducting a civil rights investigation into the treatment and deaths of the elderly people in five states, including Michigan. What—if anything—did Whitmer tell them? What were her people telling each other behind closed Zoom doors? I requested all that information 240 days ago. Their stalling and delaying is not legal. The Freedom of Information Act law says they’ve got 21 days to produce the goods. So I’m suing. Nessel’s office had the gall to charge me $3,147.80 to process that paperwork. So I wrote a personal check. Nessel’s office cashed my check 150 days ago. But still no documents. That’s not legal either. So, again, I’m suing. What are they covering up? Whatever it is, I’ll find it. I beat these boneheads in court before. And I’ll beat them again. It was back in 2021. I wanted the long-term care facilities death data. Turns out, Whitmer’s Michigan death data was as bad as Andrew Cuomo’s New York death data. Probably worse because Michigan didn’t keep count of all the people in all of the facilities they were required to by law. Cuomo stopped mixing the sick with the healthy in New York’s nursing homes after just 40 days because of the public outcry. Whitmer never stopped. The elderly kept getting commingled all through the pandemic. The media, despicable as they are, covered for her. So what did Whitmer tell the Feds back in 2020? What did she know, and when did she know it? Why did Nessel refuse to investigate the state’s response? Lawsuits are expensive. But it’s worth it. These were our parents. I’ll take it to the Supreme Court if that’s what it takes. You have my word.

They Told Us Exactly What Was Coming. Then They Executed the Plan. A decade before COVID-19, the Rockefeller Foundation’s 2010 report laid out a scenario of a global flu pandemic. The events of 2020 followed this script with chilling accuracy. But the real instruction manual came just months before the pandemic began. In the fall of 2019, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the Gates Foundation, and the World Economic Forum conducted "Event 201." This was not a public health exercise. It was a critical, 3.5-hour tabletop drill that served as a militarized blueprint for the COVID response. As detailed by Children's Health Defense president Mary Holland, the Event 201 playbook ignored foundational health—no mention of vitamin D, nutrition, or repurposed drugs. Instead, its focus was on: • Suppressing public dissent. • The militarization of society. • Centralizing control under national security apparatuses. The key players were not doctors. They were military and National Security Council figures, led by former CIA official Avril Haines. This framework was echoed in formal documents from the WHO and NSC, paving the way for what Holland identifies as the explicitly military-led "Operation Warp Speed." The Department of Defense was placed over Health and Human Services and the pharmaceutical industry. While Big Pharma profiteered, the architecture of the entire response was a Pentagon operation from the start. The pandemic was not just a health crisis; it was a pre-planned shift in global power structures. The evidence is in the public record. The only question is whether we will choose to see it.

The Media Is Ignoring the Dana Nessel Subpoenas The attorney general refused to investigate the nursing-home death counts, but I’m going to get to the bottom of it By Charlie LeDuff (Charlie LeDuff) Dana Nessel was subpoenaed TWICE not two weeks ago. A state attorney general being served with legal papers is unusual enough. What’s more unusual is the subject of those subpoenas. The Michigan House Oversight Committee is demanding documents that may demonstrate how Nessel helped cover up possible crimes involving her political friends and actual family. More unusual still? Not a word of those subpoenas has made its way into the pages of the state’s largest newspapers. Who knows why? Maybe the media is trying to protect its political dinner guests. Maybe it’s professional jealousy. The documents the Oversight Committee seeks have been well documented in this column space. And I will continue to write about Nessel’s proclivity for selective prosecution, because it seems to me she has lost all sense of political duty and human decency. Let me take you back five years ago. I was profiling a man in December 2020 whose job it was to collect Covid-infected corpses from Michigan’s nursing homes during the deadliest month of the pandemic. Helping bag bodies was the only way I could get into the locked-down facilities to see if Gov. Whitmer’s mandate to place the sick inside the same buildings with the healthy was actually “good science” like she was claiming. It was not. The “Covid Wings” I witnessed were uniformly separated from the healthy population by simple shower curtains. Nurses and attendants routinely passed back and forth. The enormity of the blunder became apparent when the corpse collector took me to a crematorium in Metro Detroit. Bodies were stacked nearly to the roof, and management was forced to turn away more victims due the backlog. Most of the dead were elderly. That ghastly scene of the workers and the body bags and the flames was burned into my brain. I shall never forget. So I sued the state for its Covid-death data. I won that case. Sort of. I came to find out that the long-term care facilities’ death count was fake. A subsequent study by the State Auditor General proved as much. His findings were dismissed by a group of hand-selected media who had never seen the actual audit. Nessel also dismissed the under-counting of the dead, referring to human beings as “apples” and “oranges.” She refused to investigate, telling a group of nursing-home lobbyists and CEOs in 2023 at their annual convention that they did a “phenomenal job.” (Nessel, it should be pointed out, takes a lot of money from the nursing-home lobby.) This got my attention. If the attorney general could politicize the silent deaths of thousands of senior citizens, then what else was she sitting on? Now come the subpoenas. The first involves Nessel’s wife, Alanna Maguire, who is connected to a political “dark money laundering” scheme, according to a 2023 criminal referral sent to Nessel by Jocelyn Benson, our secretary of state. Those charges were referred to Nessel more than two years ago, but the referral seems to have vaporized. Now, the Oversight Committee has unearthed it. Meanwhile, people connected to the anti-lockdown “Unlock Michigan” campaign of 2020 in a similar situation were charged with crimes and face prison time and hefty fines. The media spilled barrels of ink on the intricacies of that one. And yet nothing on the Fair and Equal Michigan campaign spearheaded by Maguire or Richard Czuba, the political pollster who raised money for that campaign. Curious. The second subpoena involves Nessel’s (and Whitmer’s) gal pal, Traci Kornak, a slip-and-fall lawyer who moonlighted as the treasurer for the state Democratic Party. Kornak was accused—at the very least—of attempting to commit insurance fraud in the name of an elderly, brain-damaged client. Kornak worked for Nessel’s transition team when Nessel was first elected to office. Because of this obvious conflict of interest, Nessel’s subordinates drew up an “ethical firewall” document so that Nessel wouldn’t involve herself in her friend’s criminal investigation. But Nessel did involve herself, and Kornak was even given parts of the active case file where she was the suspect. The media wrote nothing when I first exposed this. And now that the Oversight Committee is seeking those very same documents…more crickets from the media. Let’s see where the Oversight Committee takes us. Because if it can move a political hack like Dana Nessel to the side, then maybe we can get true answers as to what happened in the nursing homes, what Whitmer knew, and when she knew it. Then we might actually fix the abysmal state of end-of-life care in this state. So I’m on it. I’ll stay on it. And I’ll see you next Tuesday.

BREAKING NEWS: Slovakia Moves to Ban ‘Dangerous’ Covid ‘Vaccines,’ Top government officials in Slovakia are moving to ban “dangerous” Covid-19 mRNA shots from the country after an explosive investigation determined that the pandemic was a “fabricated operation” and the “vaccines” were a resulting “act of bioterrorism.” The findings were revealed in a Slovak government commission report on the nation’s investigations into the Covid pandemic. The investigation was led by Commissioner Peter Kotlár. In releasing his report, Kotlár held a press conference to call for the immediate ban of the Covid mRNA injections and called on governments around the world to do the same. Due to the severity of the findings detailed in the report, Kotlár has called for an emergency “session of the government” to immediately ban the “vaccines” and to cut the nation’s ties with the globalist World Health Organization (WHO) “The most serious consequence of the whole fabricated operation called the COVID-19 pandemic is the endangerment of human health” Kotlár said. “Let us at least make the right gesture together by stopping the administration of mRNA preparations until their effectiveness and safety have been proven,” Kotlar demanded when presenting his report. The most serious finding is that mRNA preparations alter human DNA, he notes. The vaccines are therefore dangerous, the commissioner warns. “It is my hope that the materials provided will give you clarity so that you will have the courage to call for the investigation of the Americans through the U.S. government responsible for evolving these bioweapons." The commission’s findings have sent shockwaves through the Slovakian government. Slovakia's Health Minister Zuzana Dolinkova resigned almost immediately after Kotlár’s bombshell press conference. Her resignation came after only eleven months in office. 🔥HYPER-CRUCIAL INSIGHT🔥 "Fauci was not in charge...He was the public relations face of the policy...The government entity that was in charge of the COVID policy was the National Security Council...and now they're applying the biodefense framework to the entire world." (1/5) Debbie Lerman, a 2023 Brownstone (Brownstone Institute) Fellow and retired science writer, describes for FLCCC (Independent Medical Alliance) Senior Fellow Dr. Kat Lindley (Dr. Kat Lindley) how former NIAID head Anthony Fauci **was not in any way in charge of COVID policy.** Instead, Lerman notes that the National Security Council was in charge of COVID policy. While Lerman notes that Fauci is indeed "a terrible person" who should be "on trial," she says that "that's [not] where we should be focusing all of our attention." "The biodefense global public–partnership includes all of the public health agencies and stuff on a national level, but they're not the ones who are in charge," Lerman says. "So they're the ones who are just enacting the policy, and that's where everybody has to be really, really clear: Fauci was not in charge. Please get that out of your mind. We can prosecute him. We can blame him for a lot of things. [But] he didn't make the policy. He didn't come up with the policy, and he didn't enforce the policy. He was the public relations face of the policy. He's a terrible person. [And I] would be happy if he were on trial, but I don't think that's where we should be focusing all of our attention." Lerman goes on to discuss Deborah Birx, who was also on the COVID "Task Force." "Deborah Birx...she came [in as] the representative of the national security state...[And] what I discovered through my research is that the government entity that was in charge of the COVID policy was the National Security Council." "And so I just went where my research took me, and, unfortunately, that's where it took me," Lerman adds. "And so I had to go there. And so the National Security Council is defined as the leaders of the military and intelligence arms of government that are advising the President on national security. That's the definition. Now that was the definition before COVID. They changed it. So you have to look at the Wayback Machine to find that definition." Lerman goes on to say: "Now the way they define it is, yes, it's the intelligence and military, but...it's also pandemics, disasters—anything that requires national coordination now is going to be coordinated through the National Security Council. That's scary because...they have expanded the definition of what the National Security Council is supposed to do, and in doing that, they've incorporated public health into what they call a biosecurity framework...[and] the one that they came up with is based on a biodefense response to outbreaks, which is lockdown until vaccine. "What that was supposed to be for, it was supposed to be for when there was an anthrax attack, let's say, on a subway system in a big city—you could lock down that city, make sure that it didn't spread further, get rushed treatment to the people in the affected area. It would be a very limited geographic and temporal event...So, like, they would rush the countermeasures. They had EUA, which is emergency use authorization, which in that situation was important because you rush the treatment to the people in that area even if you don't know that it's definitely going to be effective. It's such a big emergency, biowarfare, bioterrorism—you gotta rush it to the people. There might be some collateral damage. We're in a military situation here. Right? So in a military situation, collateral damage is a whole different consideration than in a civilian framework of public health. "So the civilian framework of public health disappeared. It just got swallowed up by the biodefense framework. And now they're applying the biodefense framework to the entire world, which is a utterly and completely counter to medicine science and public health."

Expose the cover up “If there was a threat where a nation or an individual was building a virus for politically motivated violence then yes I would be focused on that but nothing suggests that is the case.” Next minute: “A former senior adviser to Dr. Anthony Fauci was indicted on federal charges alleging he conspired to hide his communications related to COVID-19 research as the pandemic raged across the country, the Justice Department said Tuesday. Dr. David Morens, 78, is accused of using his private email account to intentionally circumvent public records laws while employed at the National Institutes of Health. The Justice Department alleges that he concealed or destroyed records of discussions related to COVID-19 research grants.” ••••••••••••••• How incompetent is ASIO? I was the only politician to repeatedly ask ASIO about the origins of Covid and if they should investigate it given the threat that biological weapons pose to humanity. I was repeatedly gaslighted by Mike Burgess as to the seriousness of this threat. Yet this week it has been revealed that an associate of Fauci has been indicted for deliberately concealing the origins of Covid, in particular in regard to the funding of the Wuhan laboratory in China. There is very strong evidence to suggest that the research carried out in the laboratory was responsible for the Covid virus. There is also very strong evidence that politicians, health authorities and the media were complicit in killing and then covering up the deaths of numerous people from both Covid and the vaccine. It’s time they were held to account. Help us continue that fight by signing up today at

Scoop: Nessel’s Pal Was Accused of Fraud, So the AG’s Office Got Her the Active Case File 🚨🚨🚨 Top Democrat Traci Kornak admits she took tens of thousands from a brain-damaged woman, and charges might be coming By Charlie LeDuff (Charlie LeDuff) Attorney General Dana Nessel has big troubles, but the Loon of Lansing is too busy suing Donald Trump and making sour-faced TikTok videos to notice the storm clouds. It has to do with her gal pal Traci Kornak, a personal injury lawyer and treasurer of the Michigan Democratic Party. Kornak was accused two years ago by the director of a Michigan old folks home of trying to bilk her elderly, brain-damaged client of $30,000 by filing fraudulent insurance claims in the name of an 86-year-old Grand Rapids woman by claiming that Kornak’s daughter was providing extra nursing care. Months after the insurance scam fell through, Kornak took money from the woman’s account anyway. Nessel knew this, since Kornak had admitted as much to Nessel’s investigator and Nessel was in possession of that report. “When asked how her daughter was paid,” the investigator wrote in her incident report, “Kornak stated her daughter was paid out of the ward’s funds and then she sought reimbursement for the ward via invoices submitted to State Farm.” Nessel’s office never spoke to the home’s director, who blew the whistle, nor did her office ever speak to the woman whose money allegedly was taken. More alarming, Nessel’s staff turned over the active case file to Kornak, despite the fact that the case was still ongoing and Kornak was the suspect. This information has never been reported and comes by way of banking records and documents obtained under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act. Storm Clouds A sprawling two-year financial crimes investigation in Kent County that has its origins in Kornak’s alleged $30,000 withdrawal of the old woman’s savings is coming to a head, with possible charges coming as early as next month. What will become of Nessel should those charges be filed against her friend and colleague? The one she let slip through her fingers? Would Nessel face obstruction of justice charges? Would she be impeached? Rough Waters Kornak, it is alleged, tried to bill for extra nursing time for the old woman that Kornak’s daughter supposedly provided, though there are no records that her daughter ever stepped foot in the nursing home. According to the nursing home’s lawyer, Kornak faked documents using the home’s tax ID number. Once the scam was uncovered, the nursing home returned the nearly $30,000 check to State Farm. Months later, Kornak withdrew the funds from the old woman’s account. It should be noted that Kornak worked on Nessel’s 2018 transition team. After I appeared on Tucker Carlson’s program in July 2022 and exposed the allegations, Nessel’s office opened an investigation. Director of Financial Crimes Scott Teeter was so worried about the obvious conflict of interest that he drafted a memo informing staff that he was constructing an ethical firewall. “I believe it would create the appearance of impropriety for AG Nessel to access information about this investigation,” Teeter wrote. “Specifically, if the Department of Attorney General declined to seek charges against the suspect, it might appear that the professional relationship between Attorney General Nessel and Traci Kornak had influenced the investigation.” And that is precisely what happened, according to the internal documents. In December 2022, Nessel forwarding along four investigative reports to her staff that she was not supposed to have. “Ms. Kornak has contacted me regarding this matter,” wrote Nessel. “Mr. [redacted]’s allegations are apparently holding up a judicial appointment for her in Kent County. She has requested the documents from our investigation.” When Nessel subtly pressured her staff to expedite the documents to Kornak, an argument erupted within her office. “This file is not closed yet,” one staffer wrote. “This file does have a conflict wall,” wrote another. Nevertheless, that active case file was forwarded in part to Kornak. That afternoon, Nessel’s chief deputy Christina Grossi abruptly resigned. Two weeks later, the case was dropped for a “lack of victim,” even though the old woman and the nursing home director were never interviewed. At least not by Nessel. But they were interviewed by detectives from the Kent County Sheriff’s office, who have been compiling a sprawling case for two years. If authorities do bring those charges, at least one nursing home resident in Michigan would get some justice.

Five years ago on 31 December 2019, WHO’s Country Office in #China picked up a media statement by the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission from their website on cases of ‘viral pneumonia’ in Wuhan, China. In the weeks, months, and years that unfolded after that, #COVID19 came to shape our lives and our world. At WHO, we went to work immediately as the new year dawned. WHO employees activated emergency systems on 1 January 2020, and informed the world on 4 January. By 9-12 January, WHO had published its first set of comprehensive guidance for countries, and on 13 January, we brought together partners to publish the blueprint of the first SARS-CoV-2 laboratory test. All along, we convened experts and ministries of health from around the world, gathered and analysed data, and shared what was reported, what we learned and what it meant for people. Read about WHO’s actions here: As we mark this milestone, let’s take a moment to honour the lives changed and lost, recognize those who are suffering from COVID-19 and #longCOVID, express gratitude to the health workers who sacrificed so much to care for us, and commit to learning from COVID-19 to build a healthier tomorrow. We continue to call on China to share data and access so we can understand the origins of COVID-19. This is a moral and scientific imperative. Without transparency, sharing, and cooperation among countries, the world cannot adequately prevent and prepare for future epidemics and pandemics. Today, as often, we pose this question: “is the world better prepared for the next pandemic than we were for COVID-19?” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus responds ⬇️

What a powerful and refreshing experience it was at the University of Lagos with Mr. Peter Obi and the vibrant nursing students during the 28th NUNSA Annual General Assembly. The energy in the room was electric. The theme, “Empowering Nurses: A Catalyst for Sustainable Health Care in Africa,” wasn’t just a topic, it was a call to action. The conversation was deep, honest, and necessary. Mr. Peter Obi didn’t just speak, Mr Peter Obi connected. He highlighted something we must all pay attention to: why is nursing, such a critical profession, not advancing at the same pace as its counterparts? Where is the legislative support? Where is the investment in those who carry so much of the health burden of our people? The students responded with sharp, thoughtful questions. I watched the light in their eyes. I felt their hunger to contribute, to lead, to change the system. And I thought, this is it. This is what gives me hope. These young people, these nurses, are the backbone of our future health systems. To every nursing student and young leader out there: don’t wait for permission to lead. Own your space. Demand more. Create solutions. You are not just part of the system, you are the heartbeat of transformation. This moment at UNILAG wasn’t just an event. It was a spark. And from that spark, I believe a fire will rise, a fire of reform, equity, and innovation in healthcare across Africa. Let’s keep pushing. Let’s keep building. Because the future is not something we enter, it’s something we create. -DrMo

🔥As a Black man who fights for the health of our people I can disagree with someone on topics and agree with them on others. My work in the “Health freedom” movement goes back more than 10 years. @robertfkennedyjr was brought to me back in 2015 by a mutual colleague due to the explosion of autism within the Black community and specifically with Black boys. We within the Black community have been gaslit and/or made to feel that we are insane to look at vaccines as a cause if not THEE cause of autism. Turns out our concerns were/are legitimate. The data brought to me in 2015 by RFK jr was regarding the MMR vaccine and Black boys. We also looked over the data (both from the CDC) regarding the hepatitis B vaccine and its connection to autism and Black boys. Scientist Dr. Brian Hooker (another colleague) was brought to me to the same meeting and went over all of this data as a PhD biologist/chemist. We have fought against SB277 in California, SB276 in CA, bills in New Jersey, New York and much much more. This was done on behalf of the rights of parents and the people against vaccine mandates and the guaranteed protections that come with vaccine exemptions (religious, philosophical and/or medical exemption forms). I have worked with parents and their children who are on the autism spectrum since prior to 2010. This nation is sick and it is up to US to change our own condition. On the governmental side THEY have to change things as well and due to my work over the years there are many individuals who I have worked with in this movement, from state-to-state, from California to Washington D.C and all the way up to the steps of the CDC itself! I know who has been there fighting for the rights of the people where health freedom and government accountability are concerned and of those who have been fighting on our behalf, Robert F. Kennedy Jr from my experience has been one of them. Me & RFK jr totally DISAGREE where the subject of Israel and Palestine are concerned. However, here in America we agree on most things including vaccines, the health of the people and the massive wicked control that pharmaceutical companies have over this government and our health. Just the facts. #RizzaIslam #RFKjr #bobbykennedy #RFKJrHearing
