Kara Lawson is a dumb ass! The Caitlin look off by Jackie Young has gone on for two games and she doesn't say shit! One of the ugliest USA basketball games I've ever seen in my life. Maybe the ugliest to be honest. Rotations are awful. Offense is awful. Energy is awful. That's coaching. This team is a mess, catering to the wrong people and players carrying WNBA drama into USA basketball. SMH

Kara Lawson is a hell of a speaker. Now she gets to pull out that Handle hard better. Angel was the only one fired up by her speeches though. Even in the breaks Angel was high energy, trying to get Team USA motivated, & they just looked tired & somber.

Notice, no mention of the youngins who kept Italy at bay until the coach came with her horrible rotation

@WNBA Let this be the last game where Kara puts in the wrong rotation. They were up 23-10 with the young guns then in comes the vets and they lost it all. Yet she refuses to change line up until late. Lucky to sneak this win out. Coaching issues not players.

She's unqualified to coach the team. Get the old guard tf out of there and play the younger players uptempo game.

I have not seen a lot of Duke games. I thought Kara Lawson has a different style of coaching than Steohanie White. This coaching vs Italy is 100% Stephanie White. It’s so bad.

The coach sucks. This was the worst game ever by the USA team. Chelsea Gray, Jackie Young, and K. Cooper are there to sabotage Caitlin Clark's read-and-react offense. Also, they are following A’ja Wilson’s instructions not to pass the ball to CC

FFS Caitlin, Paige, Aliya, Angel and Rhyne Howard had 54 - 15 - 15 against China. The starters were 33 - 21 - 7. Caitlin, Rhyne and Paige were 42 - 5 - 15 Kahleah Cooper played 28 minutes 0-6 6 PTS 4 REB 1 AST Breanna Stewart 27 Minutes 1-9 5 PTS 11 REB 1 AST Granted Caitlin had a rough start. She had 1 AST so you know she didn't have the ball very much. 0-6 was rough but she can make that 5-6 for 12 quickly when in rhythm Rhyne played 9 minutes, Paige and Caitlin 19 and were never allowed to get in rhythm, those old heads froze them out. Old and slow isn't it France, Belgium, or Australia would have killed them.

Why is Stephanie White there? She is destroying you as a coach.

Coaching was horrible! Preferential treatment is given to the veterans even when they play like crap. Young has her personal life on the court, and it shows in her behavior. What a bloody, pathetic game. The USA was saved by the officiating.
