@Ahmed_k_m_11 The movie is Fortress (1992). In this sci-fi prison, inmates get "intestinators" surgically implanted in their stomachs—basically time bombs that explode if they step out of line.

If you're gonna put a bomb inside someone that you don't intend on using anytime soon putting it in through the mouth into the stomach is probably the 2nd worst way to do it. In the asshole is the worst because a few good pushes will get it out.
