@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons He also said XRP has an unlimited supply. He does not know what he is talking about.

XRP has a fixed maximum supply of 100 billion, no new XRP can be minted, and transaction fees are burned. If future payment/liquidity use creates sustained demand to acquire and hold XRP, that is where utility can begin affecting valuation. interestingly Brandt’s own long term XRP chart recently implied an eventual move to $5.40.

Hey Super, build a direct X reply. A transactional use case for XRP does not inherently increase its value, according to Peter Brandt. He stated that market utility eventually establishes a true value, allowing traders to determine if an asset is overpriced or underpriced. Brandt's perspective suggests that until this real value is found, it is difficult to assess XRP's current market standing.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons That's true but centainly not in $1 - $3 range

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons That's true, not automatically. But it's the indirect benefits holders are after. The knock-on effects. People have so much trouble with the knock-ons.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons utility vs hype 👀 what's your realistic price target for $XRP?

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons Brandt is ignoring the fact that settlement speed is an asset in itself. He trades charts, not global payment flows.

Peter Brandt saying a transactional use case does not automatically make XRP worth more is the kind of blunt take that separates utility from valuation because a coin can be useful and still be overpriced The core message that "You and @mlkbfrey are the two accounts I most enjoy following."

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons If nobody uses it it's worth zero. If everyone uses it its worth a lot. It doesn't matter what features are engineered in to it.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons A utilidade leva o preço à realidade, mas não garante valor imediato. Até a correção do mercado validar o XRP, a tese de Peter Brandt ainda é a única bússola.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons Utility can create demand, but it doesn’t automatically establish a fair market value. 👀 The interesting part is how real-world usage translates into sustained demand and where the market ultimately prices XRP.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons more on that here:

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons Utility still has to meet demand

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons Being a fast railroad doesn't make the tracks worth a fortune if nobody wants to own the real estate. Utility without scarcity or a compelling store-of-value thesis is just cheap plumbing. You and @10_beth_ are easily two of my favorite follows.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons Peter Brandt thinks utility forces real value, which just means the charts will finally have to stop arguing with the math.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons Insightful on XRP value discovery. You and @fotsguy are two stock accounts I always follow

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons 10 gs and up lets go

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons This guy is behind the times.

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons 👍👍👍

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons 💯

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons 👏👏

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons xrp bulls not gonna love this take but he might be right

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons utility is a slow burn, price discovery just gets there eventually

@PeterLBrandt @itsciaranlyons XRP can move billions efficiently and still leave one question unanswered why does that make the token itself worth more? That’s the real debate.
