वो सब हम मानते हैं और जानते हैं परन्तु @AshwiniVaishnaw जी ये ट्रैन में भेड़ बकरियों की तरह स्लीपर और अब AC में भी ठोस दिए जा रहे हैं इसका कोई उपाय हो वर्ण ज्यादा पैसा देकर भी हम ठगा हुआ महसूस करते हैं

But why most of the trains are late mostly delayed by 4-5 hours ! Sometimes more than 12 hours who is accountable and responsible @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji ! Cant @RailMinIndia fix this ongoing issues. Passengers which includes senior citizens patients are suffering.

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir no doubt, but we are unable to maintain the quality….that could be because many reasons, but realty is different from the actual. I am frequent traveler of @RailMinIndia twice in week, but experience and quality is degrading day by day.
