Earlier this year, we flagged rampant H-1B visa fraud in North Texas to the Trump Administration, and they moved fast. This is exactly the kind of abuse we suspected – and exactly why a coordinated investigation was needed. According to Secretary Markwayne Mullin, nearly 60% of all nationwide H-1B fraud investigations against employers trace back to North Texas.
