The inner dialogue that’s going on all the time in our head is THE most important thing we have going on. How we talk to ourselves is a huge part of creating a powerful self-image, which is important because we will never out perform a poor self-image. When we take control of our self-talk and feed our mind powerful thoughts, we direct our focus on to what we WANT to happen. When we let our self-talk happen by chance, many times our focus gets directed to what we DON’T WANT to happen. We can all take notes from AD_99 as he clearly had this mastered. Congrats on an amazing career man 👊
