mb i was referring to the specific example you gave. a counter example is him telling berserker "he has cancer" in game which is unproductive and stress provoking

Who r u to judge its unproductive? For me that would help, if im inting and not realizing Berserker also laughed, do i know if that was a nervous laugh or genuine funny laugh, no and i wont speak for him and neither should you

It's not good leadership, how does "Try not to be nervous next game" help? Why doesn't he say "Try to win next game", it's just as useless. He finds it easier to trash team mates rather than the harder route of raising them up and discussing the game without being passive aggressive because he can't be bothered doing it. An actual leader takes time to find solution for their team mates without judgement, shitty leaders just flame them because they assume the negativity might cause them to suddenly improve their gameplay, as if they weren't already trying. it's weakness not strength

Will never understand people sucking his D so much Inspired is amazing player no doubt about it but that he's good team mate and that his flaming actually helps team is just delusional take. We all know the really good teams don't have toxic players

I mean, all depends on the on player you are sitting next to. Telling Isles "lets not be nervous for next Game" makes 0 sense to me. There is no control over those nerves and it might put more pressure on him to calm down. Telling him to fight when stronger does make sense tho.
