This is LITTERALY papering over the cracks. This just makes the issue worse, because not only does it not fix the problem, but it also makes it harder to find and more expensive to fix.

It last until the next rain.🤔

Tremendous potential in all roads if India ! Politician will make rods first ,then CFT of other departments ( electricity, public works, telephone ) will dig it, and then contractor of pot hole management will do rest of the things ..what a apportunity
