The officer had no legal grounds for that one. I’m guessing his feelings got hurt. He might have given him a warning or an illegal ticket. No way this officer will show up in court.

If anyone needed to be pulled over it was the pickup truck for being literally up the cop’s ass and tailgating him

Passed on a dotted line and signalled. No reason to pull him over. Highway patrol should be eliminated and let people report bad driving. Reduce taxes as a result.

To everyone saying he did nothing wrong, he was likely speeding to pass. It's technically illegal to speed up just to go around someone who is going the speed limit. Its literally something they teach you in driver's ed

From this clip I don't see a reason for the car to be pulled over.

Broken yellow line = allowed to pass. It wasn’t a solid line, so long as it’s safe to do so, that’s totally legal. Driver obviously wanted to pass multiple cars (still legal), but couldn’t because they couldn’t see how many cars were ahead. They did the right thing merging there.

As far as I can tell, the only violation was committed by the police... They were the ones who veered out of their lane, endangering the emergency lane and other drivers on the road... The car was passing in a zone where it was allowed to... In my opinion.
