Source: official Eurostat data, dataset “migr_eipre”. It only includes third-country nationals detected by authorities and does not include legal immigration. So the reality of immigration in Europe is much worse than even this map shows.

If they got the animation right, it would show a more concentrated flow from the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), making it even more obvious why we are seeing a clash between religious values in Europe right now. That is where many of the problems begin.
