Animal-based. Meat, organs, eggs, fruit and raw dairy. Lost 60lbs. Healthiest Ive been in my life. I’ll keep saying it until Im blue in the face or dead. Which ever comes first.

I have followed Anthony Chaffee for years while doing KETO/Carnivore and he is wrong. There is NO one diet for everyone. Most people will not do well on an only meat diet long term and that has been shown by the adherence to a keto and carnivore diet which is LOW compared to other ways of eating. A whole foods diet that rotates foods is more ideal, as it includes animal meat, as well as fruits, vegetables, and other whole foods.

This is why I eat so much of it, and why I am also to only one who is livestreaming the cooking process lmao

Strange I’m 45 look 30 in shape haven’t been to a dr in 8 years. Vegetarian. I tried it out because my daughter asked me 5 years ago and get way better and less stiff so stayed on it because I get better. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s something to do with make up, some will do better with meat some with vegetables etc I hated meat as a kid - used to get in trouble for putting it in tissues and trying to throw it away lol

I love my meat!

They want a population weak and weak minded. Protein deprivation is part of the brain washing regimen.

I did all meat for a year and it caused more inflammation because of my medical condition. It’s good for me in short periods but I need some dark greens.
