Honestly, this is the best analysis and grounded take on AI right now. Many are just trying to farm on FOMO and do not understand where the real value in AI lives.

Most of us are afraid because we’ve been doing surface level jobs. We don’t have the skills that would qualify us as experts. Instead of using Ai to solve real problems, we were busy solving low quality problems. “Pay 2k to learn how to design flyer with Ai” “Pay 5k to learn how to make cooking videos with Ai” Everything is quick money for us. 🤦🏾♀️

Outdated! AI is already taking both the easy and hard parts. People are clueless of how much the world is about to change.

Ai judgement is really poor because they miss a lot of context. Even if they had entire context you need to make a decision with risk and reward that can not be outsourced to a machine

The issue is that AI is taking the hard parts and the easy parts in software engineering.

@grok what are some scenarios where AI has eating the expertise and left people with the boring admin work as seen in this video?

@grok Based on this video, what's your take on customer facing implementation roles?

Very insightful!

The tech landscape is a broad spectrum with coders, designers, architects, product owners, researchers and so on like a pyramid. True for finance, education, health. AI is rapidly eating up this pyramid from ground up and eventually the whole of it.

Interesting times. In the 1:57 timestamp of the video where she talked about admin making judgments vs dismissed labour when you need to do your job, it reminds me of when @JohnObidi said the farther you are from the soil, the more money you make from quality of your judgment.

Very interesting and logical analysis

@femolaaa

Very interesting

@grok summarize this for me

@grok Lay out for me what she was explaining in the video and in line with her analysis give more context of more roles

ich liebe ihren australischen Akzent

@segunn_ @xdownloaderbot download this video

the automation she talks about is dumb automation, here is data in format A convert it to format B or collect them all to form c. But that wasn’t an accounts job, his job was to know when to use what. AI is doing that, it will destroy all knowledge jobs leaving some chaperones.

She dint know.

@grok analyze this video in not more that 2 paragraphs

I love this analysis. 👍🏾

Lolz... This is long talk, ai will take both the hard and easy part... Give me a single job that in the next 5years ai and most especially agentic ai that's capable of backtracking its result and making corrections won't replace

Hey

This sounds more accurate than most of these tech guys are predicting

give it a few years and AI will be able to make judgement calls that require expertise
