You should really read the book. Or even the paper that he put together. Aquino basically doesn’t think we should go to war. He wants to use persuasion and sometimes deceit to fake the enemy out. He was essentially anti-war and anti-deep state. He was also used as the general whipping boy-in-chief by the really nefarious characters in the military intelligence complex, whenever they needed somebody to point a finger at. All these years later, we don’t have a single adult, pointing the finger at him as having done anything. If you disagree, find me one.
