Interesting fact here, Iron Dome interceptors were launched in a last second desperate attempt to intercept a Ballistic Missile. Something may be wrong with the main Anti-Ballistic Missile systems such as Arrow-3 & David Sling.

Arrow systems have misfired several times over the last few days, people have been calling them “boomerang” because of it.

Iran have been overwhelming the systems in the past days they've never experienced this much pressure before

It's already reported that they're low on more advanced anti ballistic missile interceptors: THAAD, Arrow-3 and David Sling. So they just started using usual interceptor missiles
