Umm.. So salmonella is a thing, unless it is done in an area where chicken are vaccinated against salmonella. The melted chocolate that touches the inside of the shell (where the bacteria are present) isn't going to be hot enough to kill off the bacteria (especially as it is immediately poured out). 1. If vaccinated chickens - sweet! 2. If not - salmonella. Hope it's the first one.
