Outlet stores were started in America and not in India. And all those brands are pretty basic in the U.S. there is nothing premium about them.

So what is more concerning — loss in profit or loss in reputation?

Not entirely correct ! Product Sourcing doesn’t operate like this - though product range for outlet stores exist

I bought a pair of Sketchers from the outlet at Khalapur Mumbai Pune expressway and that pair cost me the same as the Bandra outlet... The fit is abominable... I simply cannot wear them any more. Will never buy Sketchers again!

Then Sir Ji needs either more learning about the branded retail shoe market or stop lying. There might be a very few SKUs manufactured for Outlets, most products come from the real range which r mainly broken sizes, old collection or end of season/range.

That's why they loosing value

Not just in India, all over the world

Than what abt Online.. which one is being sold??

Almost 5 years back this was informed to us by Coach brand at the outlet store.

Separate product range for outlets exists in US as well
