Interesting response here from P.J. Fleck after he was asked how he's grown as a coach over the years #Gophers

Support the really good people you hire. This is good stuff from a proven coach. Love it!

Anyone ever worked for someone who micro managed? It’s a death sentence to the culture, employees, and the management.

This is the very definition of leadership.

Great leader

Fleck gets it. He's built a solid program, once again.

Learning Wisdom!

Sounds like someone who has always been full of himself and still is

PJ is a great coach and does an awesome job for Minnesota. Met PJ and greeted him this season in the team hotel and he took a few seconds out of his busy schedule to stop and greet my wife, son and myself…. Hopeful to see a long tenure from a great guy and coach!!
