Half of telangana has wrong names, beautiful native names whitewashed with urdu words. Nizamabad -> Indur Mahbubnagar -> Palamoor Adilabad -> Eddulapuram When will my beautiful telangana be released from the clutches of these hyderabad slaves.

Thank you for sharing the information sir, I was aware of all 4 names except the 5th one "Monsieur Raymond's Bagh" which we call it as Moosaram Bagh. I always think about Maa saheba tank (Talab) where exactly it is. If Hydraa get to know about it then it will definitely take action 😀

TARNAKA actually it is Tar means wire or cable and Naka means check post. Earlier there was a Telegraph Office and check post that’s why it use to be called as Tarnaka.

Also another wrongly pronounce place Sayeedabad - Saidabad

Everybody pronounces Irrum Mazil as “Erra manjil”😊.

Interesting & authentic. Long back, a super creative friend convinced us that Penderghast Road was actually Pandrah August (15th Aug) that was eventually mispronounced. 😟 (Only much later, I found out that it was named after William Joseph Prendergast)

Many names people kill because they can’t pronounce them correctly! For example Jaha Numa became Jahnumma(poetic Persian name to hell), Vatte Palli became Vatta Palli (a bad word in Telugu!)

Many people pronounce "Dil Sukh Nagar" as "Dil Shook Nagar" 😂

If I may be allowed to add to the list Sir. On the Shankarpally main road (Gandipet) there is a "Miya Khan Gadda" junction. To the people there, it has become, Mekangadda 😁

Talking of pronunciation, Monsieur is being wrongly pronounced in the video. He thinks its Raymond's first name, while Monsieur (pronounced Messeur) means Mister in French.

Indian converted “Monsieur Raymond” to “Moosa Ram” 😀😀😀

What about Chandrani Gutta? It somehow became Chandrayana gutta over the last 2 decades!?
