Interesting! Would you keep it?

I find it interesting that someone would take a cold chisel and a hammer to the beach.

This guy found something pretty cool...

When he first picked it up I thought it was a McDonalds quarter pounder.

"washed up"? As in, the rock was moving through water?

Starts out looking like my ex-wife's vagina.

Do you just walk around with a chisel

Once you become a Rock Hound you don’t stop being them home

A turd. You cracked open a dinosaur turd. Congrats.

I thought it was a petrified Quarterpounder with cheese.

I thought it was a giant tooth of some prehistoric creature.

Is it a very old cheeseburger 🍔?

I was hoping for a waterhorse egg. If you know you know.

Let me point one thing out…. This did not just ‘wash up at low tide’

A perfect fossil!!

Amazing, you know what else has a weird crack in it?

Depends, is it actually rare or just beach rubble with a cool shape

I thought it was a ancient fossilized coffee bean.

That didn’t wash up. It’s been there for thousands of years.

That’s a whale tooth

ats a 1956 McDonalds Big Mac petrified

Looked like a giant tooth with cavities lol

Fossilised Big Mac

That's a sea burger

What is the meaning of ammonite?

how do you even identify the valuable stone or is it trial and error where you just try your luck

I thought it was going be full of cocaine?

You’re lucky nobody took it when you left it there

looks like a huge tooth

Nothing washes up at low tide.

used to find loads like that in Dorset (England). Amonites were common and I never thought anything of it.

Yeah right, like he didn't know what it was! Like it was other worldly that he just happened to bring a hammer & chisel...lol

Petrified cheeseburger.

So a rock washed up at low tide 🤣

FOSSIL
