On Friday, the Islamabad District and Sessions Court held a hearing in the controversial tweets case, against Advocates Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha. The proceedings were presided over by the Additional Sessions Judge, Justice Afzal Majoka at the preliminary stage. Mazari marked the beginning of the proceedings by addressing the judge at the start of the proceedings, saying that if a seven-year sentence was to be handed down, she was prepared to accept it. Police tell JiDion they will not arrest a pred that was caught trying to get with a 14 year old. They claim the evidence would be considered tainted, inadmissable in court. Should these pred catchers be allowed to continue tracking down all these minor infatuated mofos, or no. If law enforcement nationwide would establish a simple protocol, or set of rules/standards for these catchers to follow, it would make this much easier. And the majority of time the preds admit on camera what they did and planned to do... Not sure how that's tainting the evidence... We need every Pred locked away at minimum.

Social media companies are protecting online sexual predators and their profits instead of protecting young children. These social media companies are literally DESTROYING vital chatroom/DM evidence that’s is needed by prosecutors to put away these sexual deviant scumbags targeting minors for sexual encounters. All this is done with the excuse of “privacy”. Maybe we should file charges against social media executives for the willful destruction of evidence in a criminal investigation. That’s good for 5 years in Florida. Let them defend their actions in court. If YOU destroy evidence…you go to prison. If THEY destroy evidence they make more money. It’s time to hold them accountable.

In 2024, the Canadian Medical Association issued a statement calling puberty blockers and cross sex hormones for kids “evidence based.” Which means the CMA doesn’t understand what evidence based medicine even is. When every single systematic review in existence finds the evidence for a treatment low to very low quality, you simply cannot call the treatment evidence based. Trump is claiming the right to extrajudicial assassinations (a preemptive death penalty) with no trial, no evidence, no process. FYI: If this was about drugs, they could have stopped the boat and seized cargo. Instead, they chose execution.

Police investigating the murder of realtor Ketan Agarwal have stated that any confession made by an accused during police interrogation is not admissible as evidence in court and that the case will ultimately depend on legally sustainable evidence. Speaking on the investigation, the Superintendent of Police (Pune Rural) said that while the circumstantial evidence collected so far is strong, investigators are continuing to gather additional proof to establish a logical and legally sound conclusion.
