I think a lot of people were introduced to Final Fantasy starting from 7. Since it was released on the PlayStation and became a huge global success, it naturally gained widespread recognition. But among older players, many still remember just how popular 6 was when it came out on the Super Famicom. Personally, Chrono Trigger was an incredible game as well, but compared to the impact that Final Fantasy 6 had on me, it felt slightly less overwhelming. Especially when I listen to that opening theme, I still get chills to this day.

Am I the only one who remembers "The Black Hole" (1979) from Disney? I see a lot of posts and YouTube videos claiming it's a movie no one has seen. But I'm pretty sure all '80s kids went to the theaters to watch it. Am I right? The ending confused and terrified me as a 7-year-old when I saw it in the theater... and it still does, LOL!

In the late 1980s my science teacher, also the head of the A/V department showed me this film (I was an A/V volunteer why I have so much of this stuff). This is The City from 1939 and it is a very powerful film. It blew me away. And changed me. I convinced him to show it to all his classes and it was loved. I love everything about this movie. But especially the part where it said we could do better. This movie was shown at The World’s Fair and influenced many. However Cronyism and corruption took our good senses and responses it to tribalism that nullified the will of those that saw this film and saw a healthy path. Take the 45 minutes and know this was 1939.

No idea why everything is flagged as adult content Here's some random broadcast I recorded now It feels a bit like Adult Swim, and is all extremely absurdist and surrealist (even the ads) I think it's most fun to keep the chat generating everything instead of making it like [ Choose A/B/C ] which also works but more for adventure games I think I'm still thinking about new features if you have any ideas!

It gives me goosebumps every time I see how many fans are behidn the bench and cheering and loving and shouting my name. It's the best thing ever, you know. Especially in the holiday when we're away from home, being here and seeing all of the State of Israel, the Jewish people of L.A. being behind me, it means a lot to me and it makes me play better… I never get used to it. It's always amazing for me and I'm very grateful to have this fanbase.”

There is something about the very first TMNT movie from 1990 that still gets me excited to this day. The way the turtles looked, the film colour grading and of course the amazing music by composer John Du Prez. The start of the movie is still one of my favourite scenes of all time and a lot of that is because of the soundtrack. I can still remember my mom taking me to see it, she worked at a large retail clothing company in Cape Town and her work got her early sneak preview tickets. I didn’t believe her when she told me it was a proper ‘real life’ ninja turtles film. It was only once I started watching it that I realised it was an actual movie and I will never forget the excitement when I first saw Raphael’s eyes looking out from the sewer. What a magical memory it was, I would love to know your first turtles movie experience 🐢 Anyway, I recreated the intro music with some modern synthwave flavour ✨ #tmnt #ninjaturtles #nostalgia

Still to this day, my favorite 9/11 movie ever made, with some of the most jaw-dropping endings I've ever seen in a movie. Whatever your thoughts on the subject matter, you can't deny that United 93 (2006) is a masterful piece of filmmaking. 25 years since the attack happened and 20 years since the movie came out, this scene still hurts like the first time I saw it. If you have not seen it, please do, at least once in your lifetime. It's a difficult watch, but it's one that I believe deserves to be seen and remembered. Paul Greengrass had some insane balls for pulling this off. Rest In Peace to the heroes on this flight who fought back and chose to sacrifice themselves when they had the chance to save more lives on the ground 🙏💔 🥀
