These videos are stupid. They’re clearly ads, and it doesn’t even make sense. In every such video I’ve seen, the person colors the camera or puts some goop or does something to obscure while the “interviewer” can clearly see them. Accent is ragebait that gets twitter bucks

Every 8-10 interviews I get these days are like this, some Indian dumb fuck who uses huddle mate and thinks he can game the system. Immediately identified as a cheater, we continue the interview as a formality and the name is added to a black list and shared with partners

Recently this has happened several times interviewing for IT positions. Regardless of the steps they take to cover it up, though, a hiring manager who knows their stuff will be able to tell an AI-produced answer 95% of the time.
