INTERVIEW: Dan Campbell originally wanted to keep wearing pads when he went from player to coach. The Lions head coach has evolved and learned a lot since, and that includes learning from last year’s 9-8 “gut punch.” Campbell shared why his six-year bond with Jared Goff is so special,... why Drew Petzing is the right OC for Goff and the Lions right now, and how meaningful it is to see young players become fathers — all while working together to lead Detroit to a place they’ve never been.show more

Easily one of the best interviews I’ve seen with MCDC. Great work Brad Galli !

Thanks a ton, Mike

I know winning matters but dammit we can’t let this guy go, he changed Detroit for good.

That was a pleasure to watch! Great interview

Thank you. He makes it easy. One of a kind

@DLFPtweets Brad I just want to thank you for your reporting and questions. In a world of stupid questions and interviews, I always feel like you’re genuine and authentic. Always a good listen and watch.

@DLFPtweets Very cool of you to take the time to say all that. I love what I get to do. Dan is a gem

Great stuff BG

Thanks, Dan. Always like putting these on your timeline. Camp feels pretty good this year here. You know how great he is leading the way

Brad instantly becoming the best reporter across Detroit sports is wildly refreshing. Keep crushing it @BradGalli !

This was such a great interview. Loved the ending!

@evanfoxy

@E_Woodyard The DJI osmo Pocket on a TRI-POD is pure cinema!!!

@E_Woodyard That’s the man, @CBrit24! 🎥🎥🎥

Dude, you’re so awesome. To the moon.

That was a fantastic interview! Your killing it on you own Brad.

I appreciate the support. Dan is truly one-of-one and makes it easy

EXCELLENT! Brad.

Really appreciate that, Doug

Best to you for sure! I'll keep watching!

That was a great listen, and awesome story at the end lmao. MCDC is the man!

Great stuff Brad! Enjoyed that a lot 🤝

Thanks, Joey 🫡

Totally worth the 16min watch! Brad, you do a fantastic job. And Dan is just gold all the time.

Thanks very much, Emily!

Great interview!

I appreciate you. He always brings his A+ authenticity

Hi @BradGalli Hope all is well. May NFL Network use a sound bite from Dan talking about cutting back on caffeine on GMFB? Let us know when you get a moment.

@NFLNnewsdesk Thumbs up! Thank you for asking

Thank you, Brad. We will courtesy: The Brad Galli Show

Great interview- love the Lasso reference. For Halloween I dressed as Ted in '21 and Dan in '22 (when the Lions started 1-6).

This was awesome maybe @PSchrags can show this on ESPN

Is he still doing the down and ups with the team? I remember that one year he did 40

Im starting ro believe this team has a REAL shot at an NFC championship and superbowl appearance in 26

Fantastic interview

Six years with Goff is impressive, but loyalty means nothing if Detroit can’t deliver a championship.

Great interview with one of the greatest talents! Was so fortunate to sit next to him on the TV news set and see Dan in action!

This is good stuff Brad. 🫵🏻🫵🏻

Thanks, man 🫡

Good interview 👍🏾👍🏾

Great interview!

Outstanding, Brad!

Good stuff as always, Brad 🙏🏾

Great interview Brad!

Thanks always, Travis

This interview is pure gold. Well done Brad. 👏👏

Best in the biz. Phenomenal job Brad

Very kind. Dan deserves the credit. Makes it so easy

Great job

I’m glad they’re all in love with each other. Goff will never win a Super Bowl. Same old lions.
