🚨 INTERVIEW: “OUR BROTHER IMRAN KHAN, JAILED FOR 2.5 YEARS - THERE'S SPECULATION THAT HE'S BEEN KILLED” “According to jail manual, according to our constitutional rights, we have a right to meet a prisoner. Families have a right to meet a prisoner. Children have a right to speak to their parent, incarcerated parent, at least once a week. I'm generally not allowed. The trial ended on the 16th of October. Since then, we have not been allowed any access. We have no information on how he is. Since the past few days… there's been a lot of speculation… he's been moved… his health isn't… or he's been killed.” Aleema Khanum, Imran Khan’s sister Source: PTI

🇵🇰 EXCLUSIVE | IMRAN KHAN'S SISTER: IT’S NOT IMRAN THEY WANT, IT’S THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE Aleema Khanum: "Before they arrested him, they offered him a chance to leave the country. He said, 'Why would I leave my country? What’s my crime that I should have to leave?' He stayed. Then they assumed he wouldn’t be able to sustain himself in that prison. He’s in a tiny little cell. But he’s a man with a very strong will and deep faith, strong faith in Allah. And he has sustained. Gradually, they’ve taken away every facility he had. He is in complete solitary confinement. And that is being done to break the man who is a voice for the people. So it’s not Imran Khan they’re after, they’re after the voice of the people."

🇵🇰 EXCLUSIVE | IMRAN KHAN'S SISTER: MY BROTHER ISN'T THE ONE WHO SHOULD APOLOGIZE FOR MAY 9 Aleema Khanum: "This time, the court hearing inside the jail lasted about 3 to 3 and a half hours. So he had information, and he also heard that a journalist went out and said that all Imran Khan has to do to get his freedom is to apologize for May 9. This upset him, and he said it is not he who should apologize for May 9, but those who stole the CCTV footage of the buildings. There is proof of who did it. Imran Khan has said for 2 that there should be a judicial commission, that there should be an inquiry." Source: Aleema Khanum, PTI

🚨 INTERVIEW: “IMRAN KHAN’S JAILING HAS LEFT A VOID - AND PEOPLE’S ANGER IS PUSHING TOWARD DANGEROUS ACTION” “I've seen where they are saying things like we'll break the gates of the jail. That's concerning. There is aggression, there's anger. They're looking at us and saying, we need you to give a call, what are you waiting for? Today, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is sitting outside Adiyala to meet Imran Khan. The concern is there and it's growing. It's the impatience, it's the anger. Yesterday's anger was quite disturbing. They said, break the locks. This is something that shouldn't go in that direction.” Aleema Khanum, Imran Khan's sister Source: PTI

🚨INTERVIEW: “PAKISTAN’S POLICE AND SECURITY FORCES WON’T HARM IMRAN KHAN - THEY’RE WITH HIM” “I still believe there is no way they are going to harm him. There's no one in Pakistan that's willing to. The police [at Adiala] had no will. There was a special unit they had to bring of women. Young boys in riot gear said, why aren't you doing something? I said, if these people get upset, the people they're going to attack is you. And you're going to attack them. The police said we are all with Imran Khan. You have to get him out of jail. The military, they're saying we're with him. The anger is growing, and there is no will in the security forces to attack their own people.” Aleema Khanum, Imran Khan's sister Source: PTI

🇵🇰 EXCLUSIVE | IMRAN KHAN'S SISTER: THEY RIGGED THE ELECTION... IMRAN STILL WON Aleema Khanum: "After May 9th, Imran Khan’s party was stripped of its election symbol. Candidates who sought to contest on his ticket were harassed, arrested, and denied any chance to campaign. The atmosphere was one of total suppression... no rallies, no freedom to mobilize, and no fair playing field. Yet, despite these unprecedented restrictions, the people of Pakistan delivered Imran Khan and his movement a 2-thirds majority. For 2 years in jail, they tried to break him, to force him into silence, to accept the status quo." Source: Aleema Khanum

Imran Khan is in prison and has been offered a deal under which he could be released or transferred to house detention. However, he is continuing his struggle for the sake of his principles, his nation, and his beloved country. He will not leave prison through any deal; rather, he will emerge vindicated and honourable. I have complete faith that my brother will never give up. Aleema Khanum #FreeImranKhan

🇵🇰 EXCLUSIVE | IMRAN KHAN'S SISTER: THEY ARREST OUR SONS BUT CAN’T SILENCE THE MESSAGE Aleema Khanum: "So I went out to the press. I said, 'Is this their way of saying, Don’t talk about Imran Khan’s message anymore'? I don’t know. So I went out and repeated the message, because people need to know that even if they arrest 2 of our sons, it doesn’t matter. You have to understand why my brother is sitting in jail. He’s been offered deals: 'If you stay quiet, we’ll move you to your house.' Little offers, little snippets over time. But my brother said, 'What is the value of my life if I don’t do something meaningful? What I want to do is for the people of Pakistan, not for myself.' He said, 'The value of a person isn’t in making billions. Greatness isn’t about big cars or money. When you dream big, when you want to do something truly great, it’s about bringing freedom to the people of Pakistan.'” Source: PTI, Aleema Khanum

The Pakistani military junta is threatening to shift Imran Khan from the central jail in Rawalpindi to a remote jail to stop his sisters from trying to meet him, after the military imposed a total ban on his meetings. Neither Imran Khan’s family nor his lawyers are allowed to meet him. The high-school-educated Pakistani generals are bluffing and rattled. The military cannot shift Imran Khan to any jail in Balochistan, as its mouthpieces are suggesting. Balochistan is totally unsafe, where BLA terrorists dominate, and the military cannot risk shifting Imran Khan there. If Imran Khan is harmed, the military knows the people will rise up and the situation will go out of control. The military cannot shift Imran Khan to PTI-ruled Khyber Pakhtunkhwa either. If the military shifts Imran Khan to Punjab or Sindh, it will work in Imran Khan’s favor. His sisters and supporters will gather outside the jail, and unlike Rawalpindi, those locations will provide access to more local supporters. The level of control and mechanisms that the military has in Rawalpindi will not be the same elsewhere. The duffers are rattled, bluffing, and only sinking themselves deeper and deeper into the quagmire. The sisters, led by Aleema Khanum, and Khan’s supporters should continue to protest and put the military under pressure.

🚨INTERVIEW: “THE FEAR ISN’T IMRAN KHAN - IT’S THE PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN” “When you’ve got the judges under your control, when you have given yourself lifetime immunity, then why are you scared of a man in jail? The fear is not of Imran Khan. The fear is of the people in Pakistan.” She says the public is rejecting the old playbook, “60% of young people… are not subscribing to this old script.” Imran warned the government was “intentionally aggravating” tensions with Afghanistan and pushing out refugees abusively. “He’s got no access to family, friends, or lawyers, why would they not let him meet his family at least? This is not looking good.” Aleema Khanum, Imran Khan’s sister. Source: PTI

“Imran Khan is in isolation. Not in solitary but isolation. It is a crime and illegal, according to Pakistani and international law. It is inhuman. Even murders and criminals have access to their family once a week.” - Aleema Khanum in conversation with Journalist and Lawyer, Dimitri Lascaris.
