Thanks for reposting this important video. I had only seen a clip of it. Seems like the Ukrainians, the US and the EU were 100% confident that they would win a war with Russia and each achieve important objectives. No wonder they had zero interest in diplomacy or negotiation

Arestovych is one of the few Ukrainians that ever talked any sense!

Ukrainians had an unshakable belief in the omnipotence of the Americans. They believed that the US has the military and economic means to beat the Russians. Fools!

Everyone knew it would happen sooner or later, if the West kept its provocations up. And now they want to tell us it was unprovoked.

Arestovych was in Zelenskyy's inner cycle, back then. The accuracy of his "predictions" in this interview in March 2019 during Zelenskyy's presidential campaign is a testimony that Ukraine's admission to NATO was a calculated risk. Russia's reaction was known. "Niet means niet."

The consequence has been the death of a vast number of Slavic Christians and the sale of Ukrainian lands…. Is this what the west wanted?

Think about this. He is saying, we want to join Nato to avoid possible war with Ru in the future. Unfortunately that means definite war now. Batshit crazy! And this is just right after Zelensky got elected to END the hostilities with the rebels in the east and Ru!
