Went to another restaurant,met a couple from Australia and took them bar hopping in hill country Texas. We all had a blast. It's fun to show foreigners American culture.

Yes, people in the south have shorter lives and live a life of overindulgence. Lots of food and lots of alcohol. But they wouldn't have it any other way. Would you rather live until you're 85 or longer spending the last 10 years of your life in a nursing home with some guy named Pedro changing your adult diaper and feeding you, or die of a heart attack at 75 after a successful day of fishing or hunting while having a drink and a smoke with friends and family to celebrate the great day? I'm 65 and take care of my dad who is 90, and he's not loving life at this point.
