I didn't think they held the inauguration at the white house. I thought it was held at the Capitol building.

It’s a viewing location for the inaugural parade that passes through. Here’s a video of the other side of the structure which is 💯 visible by anyone who wants to walk over and look. Not sure why she said she couldn’t show it.

It is the parade viewing tower that is erected every four years! People need to stop with the “It’s gallows” bullshit. You people don’t pay attention it is literally the same structure that’s built is built every four years for as long as I can remember and it’s for viewing the parade that takes place either before or after the inauguration.
