Intro to Dead or Alive 2 (Dreamcast, 2000)

I still play it

Love that disc.

Oh my game love you doa 2 hardcore

@2012DEADORALIVE DOA was simply beautiful and had so much aura. It was so cutting edge!

Likely the fighting game I played the most on the Dreamcast

Many, many thanks for posting this. Great memories.🦋🥷

This is such a throwback to a masterpiece

I was thrilled by Kasumi's performance, which was vastly more beautiful than in the original DOA! 😆Despite being a fighting game, it was a rare and highly unique masterpiece that placed great emphasis on its story.👍

To be fair, Kasumi was already beautiful in the original DOA!

Of course!😆👍

There is one shot in this version that is definitely missing in the U.S. one XD. Man I logged a lot of hours with this game…

Love playing it on the Dreamcast I have a modded copy of outfits change lol

the dreamcast was an awesome system imo

DOA2 was peak, back when games and developers were free of modern sensibilities, i miss those days in gaming.... great game very fun too

The fighting game I've put second-most hours in (first being Rival Schools on PS1). A guy once showed me the lyrics to this song and I still couldn't make sense of it. Japanese people back then would sing English in a completely different cadence that what we're used to.

This was one of the pack-in game I got with my Dreamcast, and, oh my, what a pack-in game it was. Looks amazing and is nice and easy to pick up and play. Did I already say it looks amazing?

Still have mine along with my DC too. Haven't played it in a while but it was cutting edge back then

Pinnacle 👍✨️

懐かしい 兄がやってました

I STILL listen to that song!

Favorite DOA game

DOA style and aura used to be so beautiful

Amazing!! ❤️‍🔥

Itagaki gave us such a master piece. R.I.P Itagaki

Hayabusa coming in with the yell when the lyrics start still gives me goosebumps.

Prettier than nowadays DoA.

#Oh

Got it right here

I'd be cool if Sega went back to making consoles But no, they're too busy being retarded

Holy shit...! This game holds up so well today. Looks amazing still... no wonder why ground work laided to DOA3 made look amazing. My GOAT fighting game franchise! 😎🤯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
