So what exactly is Enosys Loans, and why should you be interested? Enosys Loans is an upcoming Collateralized Debt Protocol utilizing assets on the Flare ☀️ (FXRP, wFLR, stXRP, sFLR, etc) as collateral to mint a stablecoin (CDP). This differs from a traditional lend/borrow market like Kinetic.Market☀️ in that the Loans protocol itself is the counterparty to the loan, rather than a pool of user assets that are allocated for lending. In Enosys Loans, borrowers set their own interest rates, with 75% of the interest being paid to that collateral asset’s stability pool. (The remaining 25% is split between Enosys and the APY Cloud.) CDP holders can stake their CDP into one of the collateral branches' stability pools to earn real yield from the protocol, as well as incentives paid out in rFLR and APS. While in the stability pool, CDP staked by users may be used to cover debt during a liquidation event. If this happens, the value of the CDP used to pay the debt is rewarded with 1.05x its value in the collateral asset. Here is an example: A user takes $10,000 worth of wFLR and opens a new loan, taking debt of $5,000 CDP at a user set interest rate of 4%. A liquidation event happens on the FXRP side and $100 CDP of the users stake is used to cover the debt, leaving the user with a reward claim of $105 worth of FXRP at the liquidation price. So, the user is now earning delegation rewards, FlareDrops, CDP interest yield, FXRP liquidation yield, CDP and USDT0 swap fees, rFLR incentives and APS incentives. A tricky LLM interview question: You're serving a reasoning model on vLLM, and it keeps running out of GPU memory on long traces. So you add KV cache compression and evict 90% of the cached tokens. VRAM usage stays as is and GPU still runs out of memory. Why? (answer below) Evicting 90% of the KV cache can free almost none of the memory it was using. This sounds counterintuitive, but it follows directly from how production servers store the cache today. The KV cache grows with every token a model generates. Each token appends its key and value vectors across every layer, and nothing is freed while generation continues. This is the dominant memory cost for reasoning models. If a 32K-token CoT caches ~32K tokens of KV vectors, a Qwen3-32B with 4-bit weights will run out-of-memory around 24K tokens on a 24GB GPU. One obvious solution is to keep the important tokens and drop the rest, since attention is sparse enough to allow it. But this does not solve the memory problem yet. The reason is paged attention, which is the memory manager behind vLLM and most production servers. Under the hood, it splits GPU memory into fixed physical blocks, each one holds the KV for about 16 tokens. This block returns to the allocator only when every slot inside it is empty. Since the eviction logic selects tokens by importance, and such tokens are scattered across blocks... ...so despite eviction, almost every block is left with at least some survivor tokens. For instance, if the logic evicts 14k of 16k tokens across 1,000 blocks, most likely every block will still have a token. This means the allocator frees almost nothing. Placing the new tokens into those freed slots is not ideal because it breaks the cache's layout. Say token 16,001 arrives, and it's placed in the slot the 40th token used to hold. The cache now reads position 38, then 16,001, then 41, so the cache is no longer in token order. Attention can still compute the right answer from that, but only if every slot now carries a separate note recording which position it actually holds. This introduces another bookkeeping cost that an in-order layout inherently avoids. So the cache is logically 90% smaller and still physically the same size. Many compression results miss this because they measure on pre-allocated contiguous tensors rather than a paged server. There's another problem. Eviction methods pick which tokens to keep by looking at the attention scores themselves (as expected). But fast attention kernels used in production, like FlashAttention, never save those scores. They compute attention in small pieces and throw the full score grid away as they go, which is also why they're fast. So the exact signal eviction methods need isn't available in memory. The workaround is to fall back to eager attention and build the full matrix, which gives up the speed FlashAttention was there to provide. NVIDIA published a method called TriAttention to solve both these problems. It never needs attention scores. Instead, it scores tokens from the geometry of the model's key and query vectors before RoPE is applied, where those vectors sit in stable clusters. For the memory problem, it runs a compaction pass every 128 decoded tokens. The surviving tokens slide forward to close the holes eviction creates, so whole blocks empty out and return to the allocator while the cache stays in token order. On long reasoning traces, the approach matches full-attention accuracy while decoding 2.5x faster and using 10.7x less KV memory. KV cache compression is a big infrastructure problem. The number that decides whether it works is the count of freed blocks, not the count of evicted tokens. This is how the UAE steals $350 million worth of gold every year from the mountains of Puntland. It uses its influence, its money, and the network of loyal agents it has planted in the region to block local authorities from placing any regulations or taxes on these resources. This leaves all mining and export activities completely outside oversight and gives the UAE full freedom to extract and smuggle minerals without accountability. The mining itself is done by ordinary Somali businessmen who finance everything on their own and who maintain strong ties with the UAE, which supports them by bringing in mining experts from Sudan, Iran, and other countries to assist these small operators and tighten its control over the sector. The Puntland government does not stop them, and the UAE ensures it becomes the only party dealing with these miners by buying the minerals at prices far below their real value. This turns the entire sector into a one sided arrangement that benefits the UAE with the full cooperation of the regional leadership. When the time comes to move the gold out of the country, the operation goes through both Bosaso and Berbera airports. The UAE often uses regular flights like Daallo, and it is widely believed that Air Arabia flights, launched by the UAE in January between Bosaso and the Emirates, are used for the same purpose. These flights transport the minerals out while avoiding any meaningful scrutiny. The Puntland and Somaliland authorities are not allowed to inspect these packages due to direct pressure from the UAE, which keeps a tight grip on both administrations to make sure no one interferes with its operations. It is also worth noting that the Emirati ambassador himself reportedly makes two trips a week to oversee and follow up on these activities, underscoring how closely Abu Dhabi manages and protects this operation. This blackout prevents officials and even the public from knowing the true quantities or real value of the resources being taken out of their land. As a result, Puntland faces a serious budget deficit while the overwhelming majority of Somalia’s gold exports come from Puntland’s territory, followed by Awdal which is currently under the control of Somaliland. The official annual budget of Puntland is only $150.5 million, while the UAE smuggles out more than double that amount in gold every year. This gold is not only stolen wealth but also used to finance the UAE’s wars and destructive projects across the region. The same pattern also applies to the fisheries sector, where vast quantities of marine resources are being plundered every year from the shores of Puntland under the protection of local business elites and without any meaningful regulation or government intervention, further weakening the region’s economy. If these sectors were properly regulated, taxed, and managed by a government willing to protect public resources and crack down on corruption, Puntland’s budget could surpass $1 billion. Organizing the fisheries and mining sectors, holding officials accountable, and stopping citizens from misusing national assets would dramatically raise regional revenue, which currently stands at only $124.5 million, and would give young people real opportunities instead of pushing them to migrate, as Puntland has one of the highest youth migration rates in Somalia after Somaliland.

Here are the latest updates and further details as they progress: Progress on WINR Bonanza, Casino Hold'em, and Blackjack is nearing completion. These games are in the final stages of testing. These games achieve the long-term goal of providing a full-suite WINR Game Engine SDK, which can be used to build games with complex logic on-chain with modular smart contract infrastructure. For example, any grid slot game that dominates the iGaming industry could easily be developed on-chain using the WINR Bonanza SDK. - Permissionless Frontend Operator SDK Dashboard Release: March is poised to be a milestone month with the launch of the Frontend Operator SDK dashboards. These dashboards will enable any WINR Labs game to be seamlessly deployed on frontends, marking a significant advancement in protocol accessibility and integration for future games developed by independent iGaming developers. The frontend operator can deploy any game they choose through a few simple steps while utilizing 10,000 WINR per game via the WINR Game Factory smart contract. Each operator is assigned a unique smart contract address(es) for every game they deploy, allowing their revenue to be tracked independently. The deployment process includes instructions on integrating the game as a package into the operator's frontend. In subsequent phases, the games will transition through WINR Chain, streamlining user onboarding steps like wallet connection and token bridging to Arbitrum. This abstraction will make it easy for any web2/web3 platform on any chain to seamlessly integrate WINR-based games with just a few clicks. The new budget system changes how the revenue is calculated on the protocol and will see daylight with frontend operator, Solana, and Fantom deployments. This model was first tested with a lightweight version on and gave a lot of actionable feedback. Shifting from the existing bribe model, which in practice distributes almost half of the edge of the games in volume to WINR holders, the brand-new budget system checks the profitability of WLP. It distributes a larger part of the profit to game providers, frontend operators, and, most importantly, WINR holders. Any time a game's budget is in profit, a part of every loss is distributed to stakeholders. Here is an example: 1. The WINR Bonanza Game has a 10,000 budget for a frontend operator. 2. Let's assume the bet amount was $50, and Bonanza paid back $10 on that spin. That leaves $40 of pure profit. 3. This is distributed amongst 50% to WLP, 20% to frontend operators, 20% to WINR holders, and 10% to game providers. 4. To achieve this, V2 of WINR Liquidity Engine (WLP) will have a buffer for purchasing and selling, working in epochs to determine the above distribution and math. - Solana Deployment and Expansions: Solana audits are in their final phase, and frontend tests are ongoing. Solana launch will be alongside the V2 launch of @JustBetOfficial, with a chain switch available on the top bar. The VRF system WINR developed already is seeing requests from builders around the Solana ecosystem, and this will over time add an extra layer of income to the protocol. Solana's bankroll, at first, will be a lighter version of WLP but will inherit the above-mentioned budgeting system to generate income immediately upon launch. - Fantom Deployment and Expansions: Fantom's upcoming Sonic upgrade, with its 200ms finality and fast block production is a perfect chain for WINR Protocol to expand. Through the partnership with WINR Protocol will tap into a brand new user base on Fantom. The bankroll on Fantom will consist of FTM and stables. The launch is planned for late March or early April. This expansion aims to open up new markets and collaborations with fresh teams. which operates independently, will integrate a broad spectrum of WINR technologies, including WINR Account Abstraction, WINR VRF, and WINR games, marking a pivotal step in WINR Protocol’s journey of horizontal expansion. - XAI VRF Deployment Progress Update: The WINR Account Abstraction Wallet and WINR Verifiable Random Function (VRF) deployment on the XAI 🎮⛓️ is well underway, with the majority of the work completed. Back in late 2020, I spoke with Michael Saylor and asked him why Bitcoin destroys every other store of value. His answer will change how you think about money forever: There is $250 trillion in global assets and every single one of them has the same fundamental problem when you look closely enough. Self Attention by hand ✍️ ~ 9 steps walkthrough below Self-attention is what enables LLMs to understand context. How does it work? So I drew and calculated one entirely by hand. Goal: turn four 6D features into four 3D attention weighted features, filling in every cell yourself. = 1. Given = Four feature vectors, six dimensions each, one per position. = 2. Query, key, value = Let us multiply the features by WQ, WK and WV. Queries, keys and values all come out of the same four features, and that is what the word "self" is doing in self-attention. = 3. Prepare for MatMul = We copy the queries across the top and the transposed keys down the side. Lining the two up is half the work. = 4. MatMul = Let us multiply K transpose by Q. Every cell is the dot product of one key with one query, which we use as a matching score. That works because the dot product is the numerator of cosine similarity: it is how alike two vectors are, before anyone divides by their lengths. = 5. Scale = We divide by the square root of dk, the dimension of a key vector, here 3. Without it the scores grow with the dimension and a 64-wide head would swamp the softmax. To keep the page doable in pen, the drawing approximates dividing by root 3 with halving. = 6. e to the power = Let us raise e to the power of each score. This is the first half of softmax, and the drawing uses 3 in place of e, which is close enough to do in your head. = 7. Sum = We add up each column: 16, 6, 7 and 12. = 8. Normalize = Let us divide every cell by its column sum. That gives the attention weight matrix in yellow, and each of its four columns is now a probability distribution over the four positions. Each output is a blend of all four values, mixed in the proportion the attention matrix just decided, and it goes to the position-wise feed forward network in the next layer: the FFN box at the bottom of the page.
