Great Product but I do have a question. When a firm builds an app and hands its client a portal, who holds that relationship if the firm churns? Hope it doesn’t revert to the incumbent model.

You own all your data! So if you run a firm and build an app for it. And then you'd like to migrate to another tool you can export everything and permanently delete your workspace. You own the relationships with your clients.
